I love this Butter Chicken recipe more than the previous one. Chef Brar is right. Cashews and cream masks the true flavors of a classic butter chicken. Came out really nicely!
I have come back to this specific recipe many many times and followed it exactly most of the time. The flavor is truly unmatched. There is no other chef that I rely on so much after the success of this one dish. I doubt him at times, ki itna simple toh ho nahi sakta, but, try karne ke baad samajh me aata hai, itna simple ho sakta hai.
