Thanks, this is a good start, however, when I set the printer box to 'photoshop manages color', and then select an ICC for a paper (ilford galerie smooth gloss 310 gsm in my case), the prints come out with a reddish cast, nothing like the screen. When I select 'printer manages color', 'relative colormetric' for rendering, and just select 'premium glossy photo paper' in the final print box, the print comes out great and looks just like it does in photoshop on my mac. Also, the current Epson print software I'm using is very different from the version you have here.
Hello, I am trying to print en Hot Press Bright, Natural, and Cold, with my Epson Stylus Photo R2000. I've tried twice and the colors come out disolved and watery, all over the place. I set up the profile in photoshop and I've chosen Ultra Smooth Fine Art Paper and Velvet Fine Art Paper. None of them worked. What do I do wrong?
HI, I'm about to choose between a R3000 or Pro 3880 for mostly graphic (matt) reproduction on canvas or matt paper. Do you see any difference in terms of quality of the matt prints between them? A2+ format is of course a premium.
The end of the video is seriously disappointing. The print appeared to be more contrasty than the image seen on the screen. Grant it, I do have to take into consideration that the interview video footage of the gentlemen talking is a bit more contrasty. This may be the reason the photo doesn't look as though it matches perfectly.
The reason why you don't show your print, No matter what you do for this type of work, You are not really helping anyone with this clip. You need to do a whole lot of color matching, and a whole lot of test's.... before you get real life results.
Nice video! Would have been nice to see a clear shot of the finished print and a quick comment on the merits of the paper. Thank you.
Very helpful video... Thank you for producing this.
Excellent Vid...!
Do you get the papers when buying the printer?

Why don't you show us the print so we can see if it matches the screen. That would be more helpful.
