I just got one a couple of days ago off Amazon; it's a pretty great e-bike for the price if you're looking to get in to ebikes. The only problem I encountered with mine was connecting the wiring for the headlight to the rest of the harness as the pins were bent already. Breaks are a little squeaky but not too bad, I'm happy with my purchase. Other downside is you'll definitely encounter the analog cyclist that hates you but I can't even hear their remarks when I fly past them on the uphill lol.
I bought too.what i did is i took off the brake .and clean with sandpaper and alcohol.after that no squise noise.nother thing i dont like when folding the bike the battery goes down in the floor.
Wow this is a pretty compelling bike for the money. It even has a Sella Royal saddle. I got one of those recently and its lovely. And it has rear suspension. No fat tyres but the benefit is a lightweight bike - losing 20lbs. I have just order a Fiido T1 for more money but this would have done the job no problem.
Did you ever get a resolution to the settings issue? I have this bike now and love it except PAS starts too fast and goes too fast in PAS 1. It's a frustrating easy fix if the settings were not locked out. Also, what specific part did you buy for moving up to a 52T crankset? Thanks very much
Thanks for making this video review. I have built a couple ebikes, but am now looking for a good deal on a 'do everything' bike that will stay at a friends house near Tahoe. How will this do on mtb trails in your opinion. Not shredding the gnar, but for enjoying a 'relaxing ride' in the Tahoe area on multi use hiking/mtb trails and fire roads? I like the 3" tires on my old 29er, but am curious about them on 20" rims. Thanks!
I will be bring this to the mountain with loose gravel 15-20% slope for 20km this summer. I've done this route before with another 4.0" folding fat bike with similar dual suspension. will let you know.
Thank you for the video. I've watched it numerous times. Quick question... My eAhora Azarias arrived today but the bike seat/post doesn't stay up. Is there a plastic or rubber "fitting" or such that is supposed to hold it tight? It only has a plastic "fitting". I am sure if I push hard on the lever, it will break. I tried adjusting of course. Seat/post/battery isn't held tight? I noticed that you did yours without effort?
I have this bike for 2 years and love it.. The only adjustment I need to do is that the mileage is not accurate compared to my phone GPS... I think I have to go into my "P" settings, which I know how to do and set it for my 20" tires... Does anyone have the chart and or know the controller that came with this bike ?
yes it does fold. not first timer due to the jolty nature of the e-assist. i don't know if their later batches improved slower smoother acceleration. it's not that hard, it's simple a controller thing
They had to send me a new controller. It worked pretty decent after that. The problem is that all these bikes are made in China. These Chinese companies are not going to accept a return on any of these bikes. They are also not going to answer any phone calls. Email only. That email is only in the middle of the night since they are on other side of the world. Any US customer number are just routed to China or to a dealer only
@@rhettanderson411indeed spot on. i think we need to be cognizant of differentiating north-american based chinese made products (eg. Rad/lectric/aventon) and China-based chinese products. It does provide a different experience for end-users like us.
What is your speed limit with the new display setup? And where can I buy that new display. upload a video about it and how to adjust it. Thanks for the last two videos on that model.
I will upload a video soon on the new display, unfortunately even with an unlocked display the settings don't seem to change anything. The speed limit was set at 100. The speed goes up to 28mph as seen on video. This does not change with a new display.
Hello I just bought the bike. On display there are 26P options for set up. But online manual only there are 20P set up settings. Is frustrating to set up this bike. I spend all day trying to do that and no results. If somebody could help me please tk
its going well, but i have already made quite a number of small adjustments and fine tuning to my liking. i think it has alot of potential and the physical manufacturing quality is good. honestly the value blows away even the Lectric brand, and certainly Rad bikes. the company probably doesn't make a big margin. But that being said, it has some minor quirks and details that can be refined , and perhaps the service culture that is different than what an established north American company would provide.
@@OutdoorsyGuy604 I'm in a FB group for Eahora and most people are pissed about the settings being locked. I reached out to Eahora, they said it can be adjusted and sent me a pdf manual for the M5 display, but when I said people are complaining that it's actually locked on the Azaria specifically, they didn't respond. From what I'm learning on the group, lots of people are adding a 52T sprocket to help adjust to the fast PAS, that way they can actually feel some resistance. Going to pick up the bikes from their L.A. warehouse in the morning. Hope I get some solid ones.

Hey guys, I just got one today and I’m having a hard time figuring out the light settings. How do you turn it on or off? It’s constantly on but it’s not bright. Not sure if I pressed something that made it deem
After a month of dealing with Eahora and their terrible bike, I am returning it. Here is a list of all the problems I had with the Azaria ebike: 1. Battery post doesn't stay up, even with the new clamp they mailed me. Only held in place by a clamp. I even took it to a bike shop, and they said the bike seat was poorly designed. 2. Front handle bars are night tight. ( only driven a few miles). 3. Anyone can steal the expensive battery. Lock does nothing as it is a part of the useless clamp. 4. Bare visible secondary electric wires coming from center "control box" area of bike. 5. Even if seat post is set to lowest adjustment, the powerful battery, plastic connection, and wires are only inches from the ground. 6. Brakes squeal off and on about half the time. Adjustments don't last long. Very annoying and frustrating. Seems to be a common thing with Eahora ebikes, as per many online threads and reviews. 7. Folding mechanism has an odd noise when opening and folding the bike. It might not be anything serious, but when I compared it to another person's ebike with exact same mechanism, his didn't make that sound. Nervous to ride it. Will it collapse when I ride it? The quality so far has left me with no trust in this bike and it's safety. 8. Poor customer service. No one to talk to despite MANY begging requests for help. I had to go to a bike shop for help. They couldn't even understand the seat idea. They said it was extremely poorly designed. 9. The process of returning their defective bike took over a month and was very, very stressful. They tell me I have to pay to return their defective ebike. 10. There are too many problems for my issue to be bad luck. It is simply a terrible bike. 11. I reported to Amazon.
yes there is much to be improved on the bracket holding it. i guess that is the flaw in this particular seatpost design, it adds alot of extra vertical weight here, with even MORE human weight sitting on top
it's ok, but like any other ebike companies i think they market the range abit higher than real life. so i'd like about 25% off the range they market it and it does sound abit right. that said, it is winter in north America and that cuts the range by another 30% (like any other ebikes).
@@KAIMELGAMING2024 really ? maybe you are lighter than me :) so far it's been about 28mph for me on flats, of course much faster downhill. but im not speed demon, so average i usually ride ~18mph . also i think their calibration overstates the speed, i calibrated it using my phone GPS speed and the default settings were ~3-4 mph faster. maybe thats why.
