It's funny how we go from a very chaotic intro like Persona 2 Eternal Punishment - PSP to the chillest intro of all SMT series (P4Golden). Absolute masterpiece.
This is a beautiful thing that I didn't know I needed. That said the art of videogame openings apparently got discovered and imediatelly lost in the 90's... everything before is a victim of technical limitations, everything after is either "blink-and-you-miss-it-why-did-we-even-bother" or "we got confused and thought we're making a music video".
I find it interesting how the title cards for Nocturne differ in the localization. In the original version, the word “Nocturne” is just a subtitle, but in the North American version, it’s most of the title. It was the first in the series to be fully localized in the west, meaning that it was alot of people’s first introduction to the series, so I guess they tried to sell it as something disconnected from the rest of MegaTen.
