To stay slim, all that matters is the amount of calories. Of course getting calories from whole foods will be better for health but for staying slim all you need is to be in a calorie deficit

I don’t know if this is a tip or not 😅, but I always pour a little hot water to the paper first before adding the coffee on to it. This, which i believe, to prevent some unwanted taste coming from the paper. Anyway that’s a great way to start your day and have a good day. 😁
