You can tell that Earn is hurting a lot too, perhaps the same as the doc, or even worse because of how the doc treats her (which is understandable, considering the doc's perspective), but Earn doesn't let it show. You can still see the glimpses of hurt in her face every time the doc is mean to her. She strikes me as the type of person to do everything to make everyone happy but when it comes to herself, she barely takes any care. She's such a happy-go-lucky and kindhearted person that it hurts my soul seeing her hurt like this
I agree, but we have to remember the breakup was really bad and Fahlada go through hell. I know that Earn was forced to do that, but the way she did was extremely painful. Fahlada's life was destroyed
I hope that we see a lot of happy moments in this show. I know that it will take some time to get there but wow, my heart sank watching Fahlada scream and cry for Earn. I hope every episode is not like that!!

Earn is such a frikkin' Golden Retriever it's too much to take. Try as you might you're GOING to love me. I also like that she isn't really trying to make excuses for doing what she did... and she doesn't try to throw a wrench in the relationship with the mom even though that mother is heinous for that stunt she pulled to cause this mess. But I'm just loving Earn and I will admit... I was almost as giddy as she was when Doc protected her head from the bump... my god that was a nice unconscious moment of protection.

Dr. Lada's mother essentially blackmailed Earn into compliance. Using Earn's mother's life as a bargaining chip. The woman is cold and calculating.
