Remember when you wondered why Teppei couldn't be the main Point Guard?
That's why. Too much strain on his body with double duty.
That being said this shows how strong Teppei is when he hard carried this episode despite having a handcap.
Applause to Izuki too for showcasing why he's needed, he does shine more in strategical/combo plays as I said before.
Himuro's specialty in fakes is pretty strong, anime doesn't bring attention to it but in the manga Aomine does note(with annoyance) that he fell for the fake despite watching from the audience.
