The King “doesn't have time in his busy schedule” to meet with Prince Harry while he visits the UK, and may feel “trepidation” about doing so due to their previous encounters ending up in books or Netflix shows, says The Times royal editor Kate Mansey.

Harry's inability to coordinate events with Palace staff with proper pre-planning is plain to see. This is looking like a deliberate attempt to put his father in a bad light, but it is PH who is controlling the scenario. The King's schedule is planned 6 months in advance and Harry has been asked to give 30 days notice. However, in so doing, he can't control his father. He is really showing that he is refusing to be a 'Team Player' and wants to call the shots. Bad choice Harry.

Secondly, my daughter is my first priority and nothing will ever be more important to me than her. I couldn't imagine her flying that far and being only a couple of blocks away, and she wants to see me and I refuse to see her.

I feel much more sorry for King Charles than Harry, but not for the reason you think. King Charles is sick; he has two sons, and is estranged from one. Vindictiveness and stress are not good for one's health. Charles should try to mend things with Harry before it's too late. If Charles made a big effort instead of himself playing the victim, I feel Harry and Meghan might come over and bring the grandchildren. At this rate, Charles may well die still full of anger , when it is too late to work things out. That's why I feel sorry for King Charles. Harry wrote spare (us) whined about his family and lied again and again. We didn’t say the RF was racist it was the British press. Why would anyone want to meet with him. He needs to made a public apology to his family and the people of the UK

I don't think that he straight out called them racists. He said some of the things that were done could be perceived as racist. He later clarified that and called it unconscious biases. He probably was right on that. I have heard some whites say things, not realizing how racist they sound. He also said that he wanted his family to become more conscious surrounding those kinds of of issues.
As much as people want to go back in time or want things to stay the same, the world is forever changing and always will, so the Royal family needs to change with it,. Otherwise, they will just be a relic of the past!

You need to get a basic understanding of LIFE. Haznoballs fully understands the King's diary is booked well in advance, he swithered about if/when he was coming who/if would be with him, creating the problem of where to fit him in - who would you let down just to fit Haznoballs in ?. All he had to do was give a specific time, or in future IF he really wants to meet THE KING is to contact one of the Equirries and ask for a suitable time sometime in the future when he could meet and then set that date/time aside himself, fly over and meet, rather than expect to meet on an ad-hoc basis as a side event to some other activity. It is a sad story - they attacked the Royal Family, the Grifter has a list of WANTS before the KING can see the children - They need to grow up !

Well, that's sad on Charles! I have a daughter and she will always be among my top priorities. Charlotte Griffiths (I think that's her last name) of the Daily Mail indicated that there was another issue as well. Harry made demands about who could and could not be in the room with him and his father. The King refused to accede to those demands. So it was not as one-sided an issue as Harry's press person made it sound.

He has done quite a bit with his life since leaving the UK. He and his wife moved to california, made 100 million dollars through their own projects and endeavors, live in a beautiful mansion and have two beautiful children. He heads a very important charity, the Invictus games and is active with several other charities. He also serves on several boards as well. Both he and his wife lead very productive and positive lives.
Maybe you should try to follow their lead and find something more constructive to do other than making negative comments about people that you don't know anything about.

I don’t believe that KCIII was “too busy to fit Harry into his schedule“. I’m sure he was willing to be accommodating, and then all of the demands came in to play from Harry. I can only meet in this window of time, Camila can’t be in the room, you can’t have your press secretary, or anyone else in the room with us, I’m bringing my photographer, I can bring anyone With me, I don’t want William there, we have to meet at this specific location….. bottom line with Harry, it always has to be his way and he is now finding out that his actions have consequences. Look, we also don’t know at what point in time the request came into the palace for a meeting?? If past behavior is an example, he waits until the last minute with everything. I had many severe doubts about Charles III. He really has had some weird ideas, mainly 'greenie' ones. However, it's about time Harry and Co. got their comeuppance. Invictus used to be a wonderful event celebrating the achievements of the wounded veterans. Now they are hardly visible. Have you two ladies not observed the way that it has become the Meghan and Harry show? I do not know if it is true that the charity has to fund all the couples expenses. If it is not true, the charity need to provide evidence that this is not the case as the rumours are apparently adversely impacting support and donations.

It is very sad. No wonder Harry wrote a book called "Spare." It seems he has never been a priority to his father. This makes King Charles look petty and vindictive. Harry did rush over to see his father when he heard of the cancer diagnosis. King Charles should be willing to see his son and try to work things out ; there is no way for this to be spun in any other way in my opinion. King Charles was a lousy father, and he's making no effort now to do better. It's his loss, as well as Harry's. As Harry said I his book, King Charles' attitude was "I went through the same thing and you have to do the same." There was no effort to makes things better for Harry. It's like the British press is playing the game for readers, and they all need a scapegoat. The truth is there is probably some wrong or mistakes on all sides, Harry's "change," is not Meghan's fault. She is not evil, and Charles, Camilla, William, and Kate are not Saints, The truth lies somewhere in-between for them all, Charles, William, and Harry all have some damage from their upbringing.. Of course work and duties are important, but not as important, always, as the raising of your children.
