April In Thailand : The BIGGEST WaterFight In The World & Other April Activities :-)

This months video diary is one of my favorites that I've put together so far, simply because its so personal and sweet! I feel really proud of how this one turned out and I hope you enjoy it!
In this months video I am explaining a little bit about what I've been up to in my personal life away from my movement practices, including some information about living in Thailand during the Songkran Festival.
I really feel like the creation of these videos has become an exclamation of gratitude for me. These monthly recap videos have become my opportunity to express my appreciation for all the beautiful things I had the immense pleasure of experiencing and look back on them in such a beautiful cohesive collection. (Not to mention it really frees up the storage space on my phone hahah)
