The 28days rules apply only with your sponsor statement of acct, payslips and letter from employer. What that means is that you have to apply for visa within 28days of the sponsor getting these documents

But on Govt website this says "If your partner or child is applying at a different time to you, they’ll only need to prove they have enough money to support themselves if they have been in the UK for less than 1 year." Don't you think that statement from Govt website says that she just has to show the proof of funds. It doesn't say at all that she needs the funds to become mature for 28 days. What if you wre changing ur phones time to time nd number's don't hav chat and calls but pictures videos marriage certificates
Chat is also a strong evidence that should be submitted not particular from when you meet but you need to have chats from your relationship to show

I really don’t know about tier 2 visa but to my best of knowledge I think if you are bringing your spouse you have to be earning 18,500 pounds annually that’s all I know

Hi, I have a quick question, I am in UK on Tier-2 Skilled Worker Visa and my wife is in Pakistan. We got married last month. Now we need to apply for visa so that she can join me here in UK.
The question is, shall I have to apply for her inside UK or she has to apply from Pakistan? Really confused in this query. Because inside UK costs less compare to applying outside of UK. Not sure what these statements exactly mean.

You can apply, but don put inside the UK put outside UK and the address of your spouse in pakistan because applicant is not in the UK you’re her sponsor

@@dadasajad8741 You have to get your bank statements before applying, because if you apply now and then later in February you get your bank statements it would be void by then so I suggest you ask your bank for your statements before application
@@blessingr Actually, I have kept decent amount of fund in her account. Her bank statement will be mature in 2nd week of Feb. But on Govt website this says "If your partner or child is applying at a different time to you, they’ll only need to prove they have enough money to support themselves if they have been in the UK for less than 1 year."
Don't you think that statement from Govt website says that she just has to show the proof of funds. It doesn't say at all that she needs the funds to become mature for 28 days. Because she isn't applying alongside with me. She is applying after me. Please guide. Already apprecaite your responses. :)
