hey man i have a quick question and i’m really stuck cause i don’t know if it can be fixed but when you were fixing your rust on the rear where the subframe bolts up too where the rot holes were how did you repair that?, did you patch it with a plate and spot weld it ?

Hey, yes... I cleaned it up as best I could, all of the rust. Then I cut out the bad metal, then welded in some good metal in place all the way around

I did my wife's lancer at home and it turned out great without that booth I was amazed at anhome air compressor and a husky hvlp gun from home depot
