I had a cassette tape of Soft Cell way back when but all my cassettes are long gone, they don't hold up over the years. Was more of an Ozzy Osbourne fan than Black Sabbath, have a lot of Ozzy music.. That Dave Mason album is pretty cool looking like that. Never really a fan of The Dead fan but liked a few of their songs. Loved the Bangles, Hazy Shade of Winter was always my favorite. I need to listen to more of Al Stewart, loved the Year of the Cat song.. Nice listening week Bill
Thanks for watching. Always very nice to hear from you. I still have some cassettes and a player but haven't listened to any in awhile. Being late to the game, I am a fan of both Ozzie and Black Sabbath. No clear cut leader yet. Thanks for the reminder about Bangles and Hazy Shade of Winter. Al Stewart is always good listening for me. I was in Rhino records in Montclair, CA today and looked for Dave Mason but didn't find any in stock by him.
@@billthornton2852 The Bangles recorded that song for the movie soundtrack to Less Than Zero which is a good movie. It stared Andrew McCarthy, Jami Gertz, Robert Downey Jr. and James Spader. What I didn't know back then was it was written by Simon & Garfunkel back in 1966
