just got one a week ago. i've worked on modular synths the last 5 years and used an mpk61 before that and it was like this instant plug n play feeling i thought didn't exist. it's really intuitive and inspiring me to work in ableton again and it's funny cause i've never used clips as a composition tool, ableton's been my tape machine but this device encourages if not enforces it. it's a great first controller for anyone making that leap. very classy feeling and the waterfall keybed is a decent feel for a lightweight device, can get synths and piano done on it in an authentic feeling way. i'm interested in upgrading to the SL, but this is amazing for the pricepoint. i'm trying to determine how to edit notes in the melodic sequencer, i believe it says its possible in the manual. if so it's 11/10 worth it, but 10/10 regardless.
you first play a note or chord on the keybed, and the sequencer will use that last note played when you press in the pads. Something like that. But I don't think you can edit the notes that are already placed.
This is the mini Launchkey 25. Can you make a video walking through how to use the new full-version for beginners? I would totally appreciate it before buying!
Me being salty cause I bought the 37 a month ago, settling for something a little too big for my setup because I was convinced nobody is dropping innovative midi controllers ever again. I’m upset. Lol. 😆
Idk what it is but ever since I started producing, I prefer to just click everything manually on the screen to make my music. Always have preferred it that way, always will. That must be why gear never interests me.
Looks like when you need to arm kick or snare it makes the sound as you choose the sound on the keyboard... Any way to select without hearing the sound?
That’s actually insane
exactly!!!

I got the 61 as well yesterday and i'm having a blast with this thing!
Enlightening for someone like myself about to get his first controller. Thanks for the demo. Half the time I don't know what these features do.

Does the step sequencer work in Logic Pro tho? That’s the only thing stopping me from buying this
Cheap way is launchpad mk3 mini and remote plugin launchpad95, it’s worked step sequencer in ableton live
Or launchpad pro latest version
There is launchpadpro95 for the pro version. But is not working with pro mk2 and mk3, is it?
That's crazy. Didn't know that existed and I've had a launchpad x for 4 years
Wish they had something like presets for the keyboards in which can be updated later by a software update.
That’s what Components basically does!
Can we control parameters on move as well?
can work with studio one?

This is pretty cool! I should have got this instead of my mk3. I’m not really good at looping 😅
Practice practice!
Disclaimer - No Xenomorph Pikachus were harmed in the filming of this video😄
Hi, which launchkey is that?
Launchkey mini 37 mk4
Idk what it is but ever since I started producing, I prefer to just click everything manually on the screen to make my music. Always have preferred it that way, always will. That must be why gear never interests me.
More power to you!
What version of the launchkey is this?
Its the mk4 mini 37
Looks like when you need to arm kick or snare it makes the sound as you choose the sound on the keyboard... Any way to select without hearing the sound?
I'll have to explore this - I'm not sure!
Does it work directly with the push 3 standalone?
Does it work with any Daw like Bitwig ? Why all these left us aside ????
Is there a keyboard that does this in logic?
