Why Should Artists Take a Break from Instagram + other social media platforms

Why artists should take a break sometimes from social media and Instagram? The power of social media breaks can do us a lot of good. Instagram and Social media can be our best friends and sometimes our worst enemies, that is why artists should log off sometimes and discover the true power of good social media breaks. Why do I say that? Not because I hate social media or anything like that, but a lot of people don't show the reality out there.
Many users create an illusion of the life they have on these platforms, showing only what they want you to see, only what is going well and posts in which everything is pink and wonderful but we all know that life is not like that and there are days that don't go right.
