And instead of sending it back to Netherlands (where this company is registered according to their website) they gave me an address of a person (not a company) in China. The parcel could not be delivered as that person did not pay the import tax fees and according to the tracking it was sent back to me, although it's been over a month and I still haven't received anything back. They refused to issue a refund and I don't have the curler. So I simply lost my money and paid for the international shipping on top.

This company is a scam. They won't send you any refunds or hairstylers back. You will just lose your money, like I did, unfortunately.
