Well done Lilly. The first time is always somewhat nervous but existing at the same time. Well done Brad for getting her in the saddle on her own. Great learning experiences that will give her so much confidence in life. Gotta love that country life.
Can't understand why you don't have more subscribers. I look forward to your videos because they are informative and the different workers on the farm make it entertaining. It's also interesting to see the knowledge level of the Aussie farmers in comparison to the Americans especially when it comes to their mechanical aptitude. The Aussie educational system is superior to what most Americans receive in their adolescent day care experience which is often called high School. Keep up the great work Blokes.
The Welker Farms running a very similar out fit where don’t just go out and buy new equipment, they actually rebuild everything and the moment they are putting a new engine into a Big Bud tractor, very entertaining and highly recommended
@@obamabigears734 Excellent take on these two tremendous farms who make due with what they have. If they don't have it or can't afford it they design a new piece of equipment on a budget that works for the farm. I used to be a big fan of Cole the Cornstar but then it became more like a commercial for a new tractor or implement rather than the aptitude to adapt and overcome. Their content now is mostly the presentation of their latest acquisition or a million dollar bin site. I am not begrudging them. Young Cole and the Larsen family work hard with their marketing but I grew up on a farm where we never owned one new piece of equipment and my Dad was a master of fixing or repairing what we had. So I enjoy the way the Aussie's not only know farming but how they thrive by hiring knowledgable staff who have amazing mechanical talents compared the the young farmers I see in America. In conclusion I could be just and old man who doesn't understand the complexities of today's farmer in America. Take care and my best to you and your family in the Holiday Season.
Brad you have become one of my favourite you tubers. Matt we love ya, get well mate. That truck is absolutely beautiful to listen too. And I run a 16litre twin turbo merc v8 in a jag chopper. That says something. Great camera work. Having your kids like I did helping out is worth it's weight in gold. Great channel to watch.
Looks like you need a bigger drone that can carry a 308 for the pigs😊. Great update Team Jackson. Well done to Lilly on the chaser. Top effort Lilly. Drone shots are superb Matt, really puts it all into perspective. Well done with the repairs Brad.
Very interesting video boys, showing the ups and downs of farmers lives.. Also I was saddened to see the recent demise of your local pub, due to fire... Even for non drinkers, like myself, the loss of a historic and much loved landmark and long established pub, in a small one horse town, is a tragedy for the whole community..
Great job Jacksons. The channel is becoming even better as Brad is now sharing filming, adding a different dynamic. Matt and Brad doing a great job. Matt, now you just need to work on Phil. 😂 #weloveyouphil #comeonphil #pickupthecameraphil
Great to 12 year old Lilly in the tractor this year, be sowing and spraying next year header after that then she'll be looking forward to her HC so she can get Uncle Matt out of the Star, great to see country kids growing up knowing how the real world works, if you're going to get all those kids on the land you'll need more country than Sidney Kidman.
That’s the way to learn, I was 12 when I learned to drive an old farm ute with no brakes. My dad used to tell me if I chose to hit a fence to stop, I better hit the strainer post and not a normal post and pull the fence down 😂, then I upgraded to tractors, this was back in the 60s. Great drone vision
Well done Lily a star in the making, I’ve just started with what you had Matt and feel like my head is full of molasses can’t think and making tea is a trial 🏴👍🏻
Great job guys, onsite repairs aren't easy but going again. Matt, nick some baby wipes from home so you are wiping your face with a damp towel not a dry finger, I'm sure there's some there somewhere.
Is it worthwhile trying a trackers traps or similar to try and keep the hog numbers down? The Trackers traps appear to be available on a hire basis. No video though as the subject can stall channels on this platform. CamoSpace was started by a farmer.
I’ll check it out, the most effective way around our area is ariel culling from both the government and privately organised events. They can get a thousand in a day. There is also baiting and normal trapping around here👍
The high-protein weather-damaged wheat that is being put into silos .. what happens if a buyer can't be found by the time the 2025 harvest comes around ?

Confidence building is life changing. It helped me enormously as a young lad working with my father’s contracting company.
Peter, Brad, Phil and Matt and your families, your channel has been interesting to watch throughout this year. Please continue the good work.

Hello Jackson brothers, don't you got to love breakdowns, not. I hope you get to finish harvesting before your next rain event. Thanks Stephen
Unreal how some sacrifice so much to feed the ungrateful. Thanks again.

Nandewar range😁
Good old jb weld. What would we do without it. How did it hold up?
Whats your cropping program what do you sow afterlinseed what do you sow after cotton and so on
Is the reason you run the fronts manually over the contours because the Auto-Height can't keep up?
Yep, not sure if the newer ones are better🤔
Hey Phil, have you and your brother kissed and made up yet.
The high-protein weather-damaged wheat that is being put into silos .. what happens if a buyer can't be found by the time the 2025 harvest comes around ?
Buyers can always be found bit it’s if they pay a good price, the quality isn’t too bad👍😁
