I'm not really a rollercoaster expert or anything and have never ridden steel vengeance or iron gwazi so I'm curious what makes them so great. On paper it seems like Orion, Fury 325, or Intimidator 305 would be better since they are taller faster and have more G-force, but as I said I've never ridden them so I honestly have no clue
@@theduck9591 it really depends on preference but steel vengeance and iron gwazi have much more airtime and stronger elements that come at a very rapid pace but again it’s all just preference
@@theduck9591 Like you I definitely am not an expert, but I have ridden several of the coasters on this list. This weekend I finally made to Cedar Point and I can tell you this thing is an absolute work of art. I've never come close to enjoying a coaster like SV. I'm not a big fan of inversions, basically I tolerate them, but on this ride, I actually look forward to them. All I can tell you is once the train returned to the station my first thought was I wanted to write RMC and congratulate them on building the perfect coaster. I think the reason I like it so much is it's really silky smooth. Like the narrator, I've nothing negative to say about it.
I'm sure some are hating on the list because they disagree with some of it, but I thought it was awesome! I'm always happy to see Twisted Colossus get some love.
I only have less than 60 credits but this is my top 25 1. Steel Vengeance 2. Skyrush 3. Intimidator 305 4. Fury 325 5. Pantheon 6. Twisted Timbers 7. Maverick 8. Copperhead Strike 9. Alpengeist 10. Iron Gwazi just opened and this man has 71 rides on it!!🤣🤣 I've only got like 24 and Busch Gardens is my home park (which btw Iron Gwazi is my #1 coaster) Great rankings
So glad you had a lot of wooden roller coasters on here. I feel like people forgot just how good a nice smooth wooden coaster can be. I mean sure they get rough pretty quick but man is it perfect in the beginning years
I rode Time Traveller for the first time a few weeks ago and it blew me away. Our first ride was in the back row and we got yanked over the first drop sideways. We also launched sideways. Every element was awesome. Overall, very unique coaster and an awesome ride.
I've ridden everything in your Top 25. Only the Legend and Boardwalk Bullet are not in my Top 50. My Top 25: is as follows: 25. Time Traveler 24. Candymonium 23. GhostRider 22. Wicked Cyclone 21. Phoenix (Knoebels) 20. Magnum XL-200 19. Iron Rattler 18. Twisted Colossus 17. SkyRush 16. Storm Chaser 15. Voyage 14. X2 13. I-305 12. Phantom's Revenge 11. Mako 10. Maverick 9. Pantheon 8.Outlaw Run 7. Fury 325 6. Twisted Timbers 5. El Toro 4. Velocicoaster 3. Iron Gwazi 2. Lightning Rod 1. Steel Vengeance
Your list is fine but you and I both know Fury is better than Twisted Timbers. I can see the rest as arguments but definitely not that one. For me, I have ridden Fury enough times to know what it does when it is running fast and let me tell you, it's a level no coaster can match but those times are not commonplace. Next time you go make sure you get a front row night ride.
Couldn't agree more with your opinions about Copperhead Strike being incredibly underrated. It is in my top 15, the hangtime, airtime and inversions are just incredible.
I've only rode 2 rides on this list which is; IRON GWAZI and Velocicoaster, which I really like both but Iron gwazi takes my breath away everytime I ride it ( which is like 5-6 times, I live an hr away from busch gardens Tampa and I try to go every weekend )
I share 6 credits with your list, TT, TC, Maverick, SteVe, Ghost Rider, and Stunt Pilot... and other than having Time Traveler higher on my list (we rode it 7 times in one day, 5 heck to back - it's not super intense, just super fun!), I pretty much agree with your ordering. What do you think of X2? I got two rides on it in March along with several on TC, and X2 absolutely blew my mind. Even with a couple duels on the blue side, X2 was a far more memorable experience.
What did you think ? I know it's getting old now built in 1994 but delivers all the way from start to finish. It's going to be re tracked this year I believe as its getting a little rough now
I've ridden the majority of these. I'm sad that it'll be hard for me to get back to Florida due to...real world issues let's just say. Iron Gwazi and Velosicoaster are the big ones I haven't ridden, and sadly, likely never will given how unsafe it is for me to visit Florida.
Tbh I dont understand how people say iron gwazi is a better roller coaster, view it like this, the individual elements on velocicoaster are better than the elements on iron gwazi, they are higher quality, when you talking about quantity sure iron gwazi wins, but when talking about quality velocicoaster is 2x better and that's without any theming involved, I'll help you see what I mean on how thought out key elements are, for example, the imalmin at the beginning feels like you are flying the way you speed through it, the dive loop feels like you are diving deep into the forest and it feels like your falling upside down, then the top hat is just insane, the launch into that climb feels insane then if you are in the front you reach the top and get some of the most quality airtime of any coaster and that last all the way down the drop and that view when you get to the top is UNbeatable, then the back gets to the drop, and when I say this is some of the most quality airtime ever I mean it, its personally the most quality airtime I've experienced and I have ridden ALOT of rollercoasters, and that airtime last all the way down the drop and turns into strong positive Gs when you get to the bottom, then with all that speed you do into the stall which that transition into it is stomach DROPPING, it's a VERY intense moment transitioning into it, and out of it, and for the barrel roll at the end, I have absolutely zero words to explain it, it's just it, my eyes were watering after I had experienced that element, you are so close to the water, It feels like it wants to THROW you out of your seat and straight into the lagoon like your a bag of rocks, easily the best element, and most unique element on ANY roller coaster, and the theming on top of ALL that makes it 200% better than it alr is, not even this whole paragraph that I wrote can even explain 10% of this ride, you HAVE to ride it, this is an actual highlight of my life.
I have a season pass to Busch Gardens and love Iron Gwazi, intense from start to finish.. never lets up, peer speed. It was top of my list… UNTIL I just rode Velocicoaster this weekend at an Orlando Informer meetup. Rode it at night and probably 10 times straight. It is now my favorite rollercoaster not only for the speed and all the cool elements, but just that it is such a fun coaster. So I 100% agree with you about this. It is hands down the most fun and I won’t even get started on the theming haha.
What do y’all think of my rankings?

Wait till you try Iron Gwazi and Velocicoaster.
You are in for a ride if you put pantheon at 6th with velocicoaster, you are in for a ride
I agree. Veloci-Coaster and Steel Vengeance are two masterpieces that belong in the top 3.
Gotta love listening to so many of the original soundtracks in the background- amazing list my guy!
thanks!

I believe Outlaw Run deserves a spot.
x2 and tatsu not on the list?
They should be and should be in top 10

I can agree! I’ve been on it! It’s so underrated!
Awesome top 25 and very nice footage! Great to see the love for Kings Dominion’s Top 2 on here!
I’ve only ridden 10 of these but they all make my Top 25, and Steel Vengeance takes the gold for me
Finally someone who agrees that Twisted Colossus is still an s tier ride even if it's not dueling

I like x2! It’s not the best out there so it doesn’t make the list, but still great. Just not my type of ride
Awesome list and a very well edited video! You and I both rank Ghostrider fairly high… also no X2? That’s surprising!
Just not my type of ride I guess
have you not ridden toro yet? or is it just not your type of ride?
Have you gotten to Great Adventure yet?
Go ride Voyage on Saturday Night of Holiwood Nights. Then make your list.
I did...
