I always get quite nervous when I uoload a new video. I always think they’re not quite good enough so your comments are always appreciated. Tight lines Robert.

Another nice video mate with a good catch. Its great to see metal and plastic boom rigs being used again and catching fish just as well as any of the fancy modern rigs. I know that they restrict distance but as i never have worried about power casting I have never stopped using them. Do you think you may have got snagged on a piece of rope as it moved a bit both ways. Keep up the good work.

I think its really just about getting the right bait in the right place at the right time. How much difference the rig makes I don't know but when you find one that catches you’ll keep going back to it when someones else’s “rig that always catches” doesn’t work for you.
You could be right about the rope. There is far too much rubbish in the sea.
Thanks for watching and the kind words, tight lines Michael.

Another great video. Spot on information about the Crab cart. Lost count of the number of anglers who still insist cart is ok. The rule change proposal could take years to go through. Well done on the little codling too 👍

Rules are normally there for a good reason hence I thought it was important to to do what I could to get it right and let as many people know about it as possible. The Codling was a real surprise, it made my day! Thanks for watching and the kind words.

Thanks for the reconnaissance mission 😉 as I'm heading your way for the first week of April. I was looking at the end of the old sea wall just to the south of your location. It may be too early but I thought there could be some Bass stooging about among those big snags? And have you tried live-baiting one of those tiny whiting? If they are still about, I may float fish one around the boulders 😜
I'll be staying in Blundeston, so give me a shout if your fishing that week and I'll come down for a chat...

You might be right about the Bass. It might be a early but you never know. They can turn up when you least expect like the little coddling I caught. As for live baiting its something I have never done. Strange as it might seem I don't like to make a fish suffer unnecessarily when it could be returned to the sea. Thanks for watching and the kind words. I hope your visit to Blundeston proves to be successful and you get that big Bass.

Hi mate you ok, cheers once again for another vid to watch. Nice one on the information on the old crab cart. The weed can be a right bummer at times like at the E.O.B.C last weekend. Well done on your catch as my last 2 sessions have been blanks the last 10 days on the humber which is strange. Keep the vids coming when you can we love the show up here. All the best from GRIMSBY

This time of year is always a bit hit and miss. I think I’ve just been lucky. So far! I’m sure my good luck will run out soon. Sorry to here about your blanks. Don’t give up I’m sure you’ll catch a few PBs soon. Tight lines and all the best from NORWICH.
