I am a Christian woman living in Bab Touma, Damascus. The Assad regime k!illed my husband and arrested my eldest son, Youssef. I lost hope of getting him out of prison. But God loves us, so he sent us Ahmed Al-Sharaa, who was able to overthrow the regime and free the prisoners, including my son. He also returned my home that was stolen from me by Bashar Al-Assad's gangs. I hope that God will protect and guard it

Most Alaweits are living peacefully now except the regimen remnants who are accused of crimes they're hidden here and there especially after the failed uprising that started with consecutive attacks on the new security forces which killed more than 200 of them ended brutally as almost everyone with a weapon went to the coast to get revenge blindly.
Hekmat al hajry who is funded by israel is the only thorn in getting along with all Of the druze. Otherwise most of them don't mind ahmed al sharaa especially after he managed to lift sanctions etc.. everyone knows that he ruled idlib very well despite having less resources than other areas.

President Ahmad Al-Shar’a: The Syrian people love him because he saved them from sixty years of oppression under the Al-Assad regime. We will remain loyal to him until the last Syrian on this earth, faithful to our promise even unto death. Syria needs a strong leader to govern it, and for that reason, God has sent it a powerful man.
I guess he is your next dictator, if that is how you see him. Cult of personality can only be solved by dictatorship. If you add divinity to the person, then it becomes a theocratic dictatorship.
What is he? He should just be a servant of the people, in office temporarily, a leader of a secular state. Then you elect someone else.

When looking at this whole region, it almost feels like someone time-traveled a lot of people from Medieval times and into 21st century. They are wholly incompatible, due to cultural norms.
