It's funny to see someone amazed by the quality of what is locally considered an absolutely trashy outdated piece of infrastructure, with small half-of-the-time broken lifts, a tunnel smelling like an exhaust pipe and old entrance ramps with uneven tiled pavements. This tunnel will be replaced by a quite massive bike bridge in a few years time, which will provide a much nicer ride without any elevators involved. And obviously, it's going to be much wider and paved in smooth asphalt instead of those uneven pavements.
