Okay first of all if tanjiro turned into a demon he would never meet inosuke or zenitsu and zenitsu would still look for a wife and inosuke would still be in side of the kyogai mansion and the sound hashira would be alone and would die by gyutaro,daki,nezuko and tanjiro and sooner or later inosuke and zenitsu would die by demons and tomioka would fight akaza by himself and will die and the snake,love,rock,wind will die by muzan and the mist and the wind hashiras brother will die so all the uppermoons surivive but the some lower moons will die so the demons will win making the demon corps fall so the world will be conquerd by demons

For being a demon tanjiro is fought of guard really easily.
Imagine they have to cut the head of gyutaro, Daki, tanjiro and nezuko to kill them, that would be an imposible mission lol
