Yessir! I'm building apartment blocks in Nigeria, its an amazing investment and essentially my retirement plan, never really know where the UK is heading!
It was a pleasure watching you on you Channel I'm a real estate agent in the US but I am from Liberia. I Really love your motivation and your energy good job
Well done mate the apartments are looking beautiful. It’s been a great journey doing your property courses and setting up Air BNbs. This here in Ghana is an Amazing idea! I agree with you! Africa is the future haha! I’m from Ghana so I will definitely book your apartments when I go !
Never for me unfortunately as yes it may look all good now but all it takes is a change of leadership and all these properties or anything foreigners have invested in can be seized. Yes Ghana is more stable that others in the region but there has been too many uprisings or change in thinking in these nations over years. I stick to stable markets for now and will continue with the new builds and apartment blocks in the U.K. but all the best on the journey as like they say you need to take some risks for reward. Would be interesting to know where anyone would stand if a change of leadership came in and seized all foreign owned assets or if the managment fee suddenly tripled every few years.
Totally agreed to investing overseas, I will join your academy, after this April crash course, oohhhh about investing overseas, I am up for it to when I get there, St lucia is calling me to invest😂
Living Ghana and built some apartments of my own, i don't understand how it works with being part of a big complex though, with my buildings for rent I own the land freehold, the place where I live I have a 99 year lease, do youbown that apartment on freehold or is it a lease? And are there any yearly fees with the maintenance?
Not sure your cash flow is a good as you make out what about electric I’m not sure but don’t you pay some sort of council tax cleaning fees management fees the list goes on
Right so you bought an apartment and the smallest one at that, yet flexing on prevoius videos like you were building the block, walking around all mad/ angry and shouting. Honestly this is jokes.
@Daniel-rw2ih lol. Granted I'm not as wealthy as Samuel but I was a millionaire (through property) at 33 so hardly a brokie pal. My point is don't storm around acting the big man giving the impression u own the full block when you don't. Simply isn't a need for a fake flex.
Samuel Leeds do you want to be my investor in Kenya you can make more than that 150k property value. I am born in Kenya my dad is a property developer I live in Birmingham UK
Where's the video gone where you'd advised how you'd used your grandmas money in the early days when you were starting up? It appears you've taken it down?
Which country should I invest in next?
Morocco, World Cup 2030 is only going to see the prices rocket with foreign investment pouring in.
dubai Morocco turkey greece italy but question even though everybody goes there what would the roi look like if you dont mind me asking
Kenya
If you haven't invested in Kenya, you should jump in. You can check out Tilisi, Tatu City, Kijani,...and more!

Loving your new look 😄
My mentor; This is brilliant Sam🎉, great investment. Africa is the place to invest for sure! I just purchased one in South Africa.
Great minds think alike! Looks like we're both on the right investment track in Africa.
I think Africa is definitely value for money. Large lands, phenomenal resources. My question is the tax you pay? Do you pay tax in Ghana or in the UK?
Good question, that is one for an accountant.
Brilliant 😊
Sam, is the opening eyes for folks. UK 🇬🇧 on a fold elsewhere open - THATS moves. Cat 🐈 out of the bag 💼 🫣

Haters are never doing better than the person they are hating.
