EtienneTestet If it had happened in Germany the insurance company reserves the right to deny pay if the accident happened above 130kph. Then you must prove that the crash would have happened below 130kph as well
But only parts of it. There was a case where a driver was ordered to pay 30% of the damage himself because he was going 200 instead of the recommended 130 at which speed no crash would have occured. He went to court and a judge decided that 20% was more appropriate. So even though he went 200 the other driver's insurance still covered 80% of the damage.

As a German i can tell you there are some bumpy locations on the fastlane especially in NRW. Usually this is not a problem cause most cars on fastlane go like 200 kmh and are SUVs. With my camaro with 270 kmh it becomes uncomfortable sometimes at this places even with kw3 suspension. With a supersportscar over 300 i can relate how you can loose controls there if you are not used to it.
Supersports are designed to archive there performance in perfect conditions found at racetracks or so where the surface is made for cars like this. And there is a reason why there is a speed limit on most highways or the Autobahn as you can see in this video. For example in Germany when there is a part of an Autobahn without a speed limit it needs to be the right condition. If the road isnt right or there might be a chance of danger, it gets a speed limit.

There are multiple reasons for 330 km/h not being a safe speed on a road like the Hungarian highway. Obviously the road wasn't designed smoothly enough for speeds like that. Even on the German Autobahn you're gonna have to walk on eggshells at those speeds, it is VERY risky. One wrong move and we'll tell you all about it when we see you again...

Cars like that are designed to shatter into pieces to reduce the force of the impact. It obviously caught on fire after the crash but i guarantee that it shattering to pieces is what helped them survive that crash.
I always test a road before doing a high speed pass for this exact reason. Elevation changes, pot holes, debris in the road etc.. Once you lose contact with the road over 100mph it's difficult to control the drift once the tires make contact again.
I think if he held the steering wheel straight that wouldn't happen. He got a little scared when he had no contact with the road and after he got contact he was steering to the left and than to the right

big part of the reason these cars are so expensive is not cause they can get to 300 km/h, thats actually not that hard to achieve. but building a car where u (can) survive a crash with 300 is a tough thing to do

Cars like that are designed to shatter into pieces to reduce the force of the impact. It obviously caught on fire after the crash but i guarantee that it shattering to pieces is what helped them survive that crash.

I always test a road before doing a high speed pass for this exact reason. Elevation changes, pot holes, debris in the road etc.. Once you lose contact with the road over 100mph it's difficult to control the drift once the tires make contact again.
I think if he held the steering wheel straight that wouldn't happen. He got a little scared when he had no contact with the road and after he got contact he was steering to the left and than to the right
