I meant wireless extender not dongle, mouse does not come with a wireless extender unless you buy the 4k polling rate one with it. Forgot to mention im using the razer universal grips on the mouse.
I think with small-med hands you could palm grip. Definitely more possible with this than the original viper. Deathadder will be the better palm grip shape for most people though.
Some leaks show that the Viper V3 PRO will release on march 28th, pictures of pro players using the mouse has been leaked. So for people who like this and want a 53g upgrade with the same shape, wait until next week. Not confirmed but it seems likely since razer hinted a mystery mouse the other week.
it goes down to 69gr with AAA lithium in adapter. I ve also noticed an improvement to my aim and i think the sensor is the reason. Also the shape is much much better than older vipers. For the price this is a great mouse.
I bought a new mouse ~2Weeks ago (coming from an G305). I initially ordered the Roccat Kone Pro Air and really liked the lighter weight (and the super light, super flexible charging cable), but the mouse suddenly died a few minutes ago (tested wireless/wired/different computer). Although the Viper v3 is a bit more expensive and does not have optical switches (which the Kone Pro Air does), I ordered the Viper v3 hyperspeed now. I really like the AA battery system, as I always have a bunch of fully charged AA and AAA Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable batteries in my drawer and I dig the longer battery-life (compared to most wireless mice with built-in batteries).
sensor position actually doesnt effect anything its actually ur hand and muscle memory getting used to trying to counter weight the new weight and shape of the mouse when u flick and aim btw
Rechargeable does add weight, not sure how much either. Would be more expensive though, and if you’re willing to spend even more at some point you should just buy a mouse that doesn’t use replaceable batteries.
There are cool AAA to AA adapters that you can buy online and that can bring the weight of the mouse down to 70 grams, idk if there are special lightweight AAA's that you can use in the adapter to bring the weight down even further tho

Was about to ask what grip tape is that on the mouse lol, great video brother!

Surprised they are releasing it so soon, but hey I guess people who are waiting for it don’t have to for much longer so that’s nice

High sensor position is Actually GOATED
Now that I’m used to it I’ve been really digging it. I tried my old roccat burst pro the other day and my aim feels so much better with the viper v3.

Great video man! Love how much detail you get into everything! Since you got a new webcam maybe a webcam review??👀👀
Maybe one day who knows?!?!?!
Rechargeable AA batteries are a thing too. Not sure how much they will weigh though...
i was thinking rechargeable AAA batteries with an adapter for my mouse

Energizer Lithium aaa batteries are roughly 7-8 grams.
The rechargable aaa are roughly 11-12 grams!

Yeah lithium AAA batteries and a converter can bring the weight down even more. Also an option, AA lithium's just more simple so I stick with that.
@@redprotocol1 apparently with the tinfoil mod you can get the weight in the 60's as well.
Love the video! Keep it up! Love the content! I want more!
WOW. Thank you totally random person I do not know in any way!
@@redprotocol1 OMG thanks for the response! You made my day!
Ever since the Logitech G305 I'm using a AAA to AA Adapter and a AAA Lithium Battery in it.
It brings the weight of this mouse down to 69g
Yeah that solution also works with this. I'm fine with just using the AA's for the simplicity.
Great video
Do you feel the battery ? i mean .. is it wobbly or something like that?
Nope
Is it smaller or bigger than GPX feel wise?
A bit smaller due to the hump position. GPX feels more “full” IMO
Well detailed!
Thanks!
for the price is best but to long for me I don’t care about the weight
AA battery in 2023 is wild
It does seem a bit weird but it has its advantages. Mainly the price, but also no battery degradation since you are replacing it.
I actually prefer that it uses AA batteries.
Almost double the weight of the 40 euro Zaopin Z1 pro xD
