這是位於九龍灣的一座綜合性商業建築，當中包括了購物商場、寫字樓以及展覽會議場地，由合和實業發展，曾因舉辦多項大型活動而聞名。大廈落成初期名為香港國際展貿中心，曾設有22部迅達升降機，當中包括12部M-V/VF客機 (L1-L12)、四部M-B/F主樓貨機 (L13-L16，L15和L16的機廂呈梯形)，8部M-B/HYD展覽場地專用貨機 (L17和L18位於非開放區域，L19和L20為垂直電動門並只停B1和地下不過普遍情況下無法自行使用，L21和L22停靠地下和3樓但L22同時設有B4-B2以及2樓的按鈕但B4-B2已鎖上)。L1曾於2010年代初更換機內樓層顯示、部分按鈕及加裝廣播以符合《暢通無阻的通道2008》(BFA-2008) 標準。
直到2006年，大廈部分展覽場地範圍開始改建為商場，並易名為E-Max，工程期間加裝了8部升降機，同樣採用迅達產品，當中有兩部5400AP停車場專用升降機 (L25-L26)、兩部5400AP中庭觀光客機 (L27-L28) 以及兩部只前往表演場地匯星的Miconic SX大型油壓貨機 (L29-L30)，以及兩部位於大廈外圍的5400AP升降機 (當中L24只通往3樓)，升降機的數目增至30部。
2018年，業主為B1樓進行改建工程以吸引更多特賣場進駐，加設了兩部迅達5500升降機 (FRS1-2) 以維持易達性，FR1所在地原有由地面層和入口的斜道已被拆除。這個時候升降機的數目已增至32部，但FRS1於正常情況下不會停靠B3樓，FRS2亦長期處於後備狀態並不對外開放。
可是在2021年6月11日，億京發展合組的財團向合和購入此大廈並計劃重建，方案於2023年3月獲城規會通過，大廈已在6月30日下午5點正式結束營運，關閉後預計會拆卸重建為六座住宅兼一座商廈。
