You're wrong about the pricing guide, though. People deserve to know the price of something they're interested in. You're not devaluing. Give people some credit! I guess if you're in the higher luxury range... I'm in the upper mid market but I believe the same principle applies. Respect people, respect their time. No one wants to be sold to and told they don't get 'your art'
