It’s so good seeing more women in engineering. It seems as though there’s more every year and I hope the ratio evens out eventually. I’m a mechanical engineering major minoring in mechatronics so I’ve had to step out of my comfort zone to code in C++, python, the arduino IDE, and use breadboards. I’m in my second to last semester, so I’ll be graduating soon. I’ve always thought CS looked insanely hard, so hats off to ya!
As a person who has been into ASMR for quite some time now I must say that you do a fairly good job at giving people such as myself tingles, hope you make it big someday, one sub closer to 1k
Pitt is It. Good to have seen how much they’ve advanced in hands on tech electronics from when I went there decades ago when in the comp e of 00. Thanks for sharing the tech of education now.
Ah, VHDL, good ol times. Never used it or FPGA's professionally. But the skills and lessons from embedded systems courses I still value. They are applicable in many fields, if one is creative enough.
I'm in my first semester of studying computer engineering. It's one of the smallest engineering programs here by a lot, so it's so cool to see others with the same major. Your videos are also fantastic, hats off to you!
Pear you are amazing! I just found your channel and I love it! I’m usually not one for the fast tapping but you make it work well! And you’re absolutely stunning! Keep doing what you’re doing and you’re gonna go far!! ❤️❤️
I love all the engineering students here lmao I am a sophomore electrical engineer and seeing other EEs, CEs, and MEs in the comments is pretty cool lol
"A classic that everyone should have in their bag", I definitely thought you were gonna pull out a TI-89 instead of a water bottle... though tbf, by the time I got to grad school I was doing most of my math in either python, Matlab, or Wolfram Alpha. And once I started working at NASA I lost track of my calculator and haven't had any reason to replace it yet... so ya the water bottle definitely seems like the better pick
You're an engineering student, that's really interesting, computer engineering must be especially an difficult subject, way out of my league, that's for sure. I hope everything goes well with your classes, I guess it comes easier to you since you're an avid reader.
I can't believe u don't have more talking videos. I usually hate whispers, they aggravate me. I have to watch soft spoken vids for tingles, but ur whispers are different & i actually like it, i guess because most are more performative, drawn out, urs are succinct & for a purpose, to relay a message, but it's enjoyable for whatever reason. I hope u will consider at least an occasional video with more talking/whispers. Edit: i still really like the tapping & the videos I've seen so far from u, also. I forgot to mention that, so my comment sounded more like a complaint, sorry.
@@PearASMR mm one idea is that you could explain a thing as if the audience is 5 years old XD. Computability theory and maxwell’s equations for instance. Or whatever your favorite topic / something you’re studying!
I always liked the fact that your videos are pure and innocent ASMR without relying on seduction. Now from this video I learnt that you are an engineering student, so it all makes sense. May I suggest adding Verilog and Perl books to your backpack? 😅
Ngl when I saw engineering student I thought mechanical engineer. Which I thought was odd. Computer engineer makes more sense. I took an html and css course on code academy. Once a person understands the gist of programming it makes sense across all the languages. But you should be designing computers/software as an engineer. That subject is likely the most advanced subject a person could study. I find it interesting you chose that as your major.
You are a computer science student and you have to read books ? Is it like a first year assignment ? In France we don't do stuff like that and I'm in computer science as well. We should tho

Thank you so much! I've had a lot of fun and always love nerding out over anything related to engineering so I appreciate your comment. :)
dude CS is hard, but at the same time, its so fun lol
I'm in civil engineering and there's only 10 girls in my class compared to 54 boys.
im gonna study cs i hope i won't fail but i hope to make the most of it i really want to know everything about it and let it be my future

I was really hoping to see an analog discovery kit
Very cool! I graduated with a degree in computer engineering. Programmable logic was one of my favorite classes
How do you like your engineering job? Im thinking about going back to school and taking engineering. Hows the work/life balance? Is the pay worth it?
Greetings from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. It's nice to see a smart engineer girl. You have the best ASMR!
thank you so much!

I agree!
I really like your tapping 🤤 You're so cute btw! Thanks & keep it up 🫶🏼
Thank you!
i can listen to your voice and tapping all day, every day. even without headphones i get tingles. video suggestion; sticky tapping/sounds.
ì remember when my brother was doing electrical engineering he also had one of those programmable Arrays and Anduinos
I think you might be my new favourite asmr artist 🥺💕
You've got it made in the shade if you can get a gig at a shop like Citadel Securities or Optiver. But seriously keep up the great ASMR content! :D
Wow you're an engineer student, impressive!

You put me right to sleep, thank you 🙏🏼
Enjoyed everything you've done so far! Good stuff!
Thank you!!!
You know when she’s the one if she does engineering and your obsessed with electrics and mechanics
I actually use something very similar its a microbit that can read python
Hope you do more engineering videos. I studied EE but now I’m in 4th year psych. .
Any specific requests? :)

Love to hear it!
how old are you pear?
Also on an aside, what FPGA boards do you have? Currently majoring in cyber security but I am interested in a new project for myself though.
I have the PYNQ Xilinx and the Intel DE10-Lite
Hi fellow computer engineer student. I’m in my first semester, and it is tough.
You got this! :)
Pitt?! As a Penn State alum i’m second guessing my subscription now… /s
Jokes aside, Pitt has a great Engineering program
LOL gotta love the rivalry :)
Neat title and idea!

One semester left!

Mechanical Engineer here! How’s class going?
Nearing the end of the semester so everything is hectic at the moment, but it’s going well!
@@PearASMR I feel, finals are two weeks away :(
Do you like FPGAS or did you just buy one for the course?
The school lets us borrow them for the semester, but I have a different one of my own too!
Oh nice hello from someone who uses FPGAs too
hello fellow engineering student!
Hi!
I like ur shirt

i clicked bc i wanted to see whats in ur bag lmao

i dont think those type of videos "work" on me 😅
prob bc i got dropped on my head or something

fundamental technologies of the synthesizer? 😈
ipad? videogames
