After a system update, the settings doesn’t work anymore it gets stuck. How can I resolve it?

You need to restart your device. As soon as it shot down, start clicking home , (not hold, just keep clicking) after it re-open, keep clicking, you’ll see a circle on the screen. Then it will open with factory settings. Good luck!:)
Thanks for the review. I just bought one today and I'm having issues with the auto keystone. I always have to adjust it manually and it's a pain to do. Auto keystone doesn't correct tilted image. I tried zooming but it didn't help. Does it make a difference the distance of the projector to the wall?
I tried to change the language in English. But unfortunately after that the android menue is not showing. After every power on it is directly showing HDMI log in. I have tried to tap the home menue in the remote but not working. Can you help me on this?
I have a wifi network problem. When I turn it on, it loses the network and I have to hand over the code every time manually. Do you have the same problem as me?
I didn't have this problem, and I bought a lot of HY300 units, try resetting the system

I just received this projector. But as soon as I connect it to wifi, it restarts and then keeps restarting forever. I tried to reset it .. but when I connected to wifi again, the same behavior was shown again.

I have the same problem as you.
The problem was observed when I was in my office. I brought it back home and here it's working fine. I forgot it's remote control in the office. So, now I am using a third party smart remote.
So I think one of two things is causing the problem. Either an internet connection with no internet access. Or the stock remote control. Try changing both. @@killianyerly2997
I didn't have this problem, and I bought many HY300 units and none of them had problems because customers never complained.
I have problem with zoom. It just won’t turn off after I accidentally zoomed in in settings
This is easy to solve my friend, just reset the zoom settings

The question seems silly, but did you remove the plastic sticker from the projector lens?
@AlphaTechWorld Your question also seems silly, but is there anyone on this planet who leaves the plastic sticker on the projector lens without removing it? I have to think about this
@@73Abdel I know people who don't notice the plastic sticker on the lens and turn on the projector and notice that the image is blurry, believe me, this is more common than it seems haha
