My character killed Sarevok and Orin, refused Bhaal, revived by Wither, chose to command the netherbrain to kill itself
Gale Romance + returned crown to Mystra
Shadowheart saved Nightsong and converted (back) to Selunite
Astarion freed the vampire spawns + didn't ascend
Karlach became mindflayer so she could live + doesn't need to return to hell
Wyll broke his pact with Mizora so he lost his warlock powers + Grand Duke Ravengard died
Lae'zel didn't save the Prince's life because Karlach became mindflayer

i feel like there should be other ways to talk him out of taking the crown for himself even if you don't romance him, but i haven't tried that yet myself

I didn't get the adopt a child option. Did you speak with Gale about children at some point? Or is this somehow a Dark Urge only thing?
