Great stuff. As someone who reviewed the southern section, this is next on my review list when I visit Seoul again in fall 2025. I hope there's some pressure relieved from the Gyeongui-Jungang line, and I can't wait for the Seoul to Suseo section to open.

Just curious. Are there 2 Gtx-a lines?? Cause just came from Korea 3 days ago and saw the line at Suseo and the one going from Paju to Seoul station at Yeonsinnae station.
Not sure from Paju, but from Yeonsinnae to Seoul Station use to be around 30 minutes. Now it took 5 minutes, just between 23:00 to 28:00. The time gain is probably even crazier since Paju is further outside of Seoul Metropolitan Area.
It is 4450 won (about $3) from Unjeong central to Seoul, which is about 40 km away. And after moving to Seoul stn, you can get a free transfer by other subway lines or buses

수서-동탄구간이 공기수송이 되는건 너무나도 당연한 일입니다. gtx 수요의 핵심은 직장 접근성인데 수서는 강남이긴 하지만 변두리 중의 변두리에 불과합니다. 심한말로 촌구ㅅ... 수서에서 직장이 몰려있는 지역을 가려면 환승해야 하는데 환승해서 이동하는 시간이 생각보다 만만치 않습니다. 환승시간, 배차간격, gtx역에 대한 접근성, 승강장 까지 내려가는 시간 등 종합적으로 따져보면 장점이 거의 없습니다. 차라리 광역버스타고 한번에 가는편이 낫죠. 삼성역이나 서울역까지 이어져야 장점이 생기는거죠. 제가 보기에는 수서까지만 연결해서 수요가 충분히 나온다면 신기한 일이고 이해 할 수 없는 상황입니다. 수서-동탄 구간만 운행해서 수요가 작은건 너무나도 뻔하고 당연한 일입니다. 애초부터 이정도 수요를 예상 못했다는게 더 이상한 일입니다. 반면 이번에 개통된 운정-서울역 구간은 획기적인 수준입니다. 수서-동탄과는 수요가 비교도 안될겁니다. 배차간격도 동탄구간에 비해 더 빠르고 직장이 모여있는 지역 접근성도 높습니다.

Sure, I've been to that cafe about 3-4 times. There are a lot of large-scale cafes like Dirty Trunk in Paju city ❤
