The thing is RAM the word is so much positive and wave produced due to the word Ram. Pooja de resently I started meditating and whenever I start meditation or visualise something I feel an pressure at my third eye chakra and this happened even before I started meditating, like from many years whenever I try to focus on my forehead and that focus was not even intense but then to I feel that pressure. And I am confused a lot now , when I searched of RUclips all videos where like you have opened your third eye but I don't feel like that . Even righ now I am typing but I feel that pressure on my forehead. I just want to know that is this normal or just I am overthinking 😅. Plese help me out.
