@@MeMyselfandIKay I ended up getting the current all white glass family hub model. Turns out it’s software is upgraded to the latest familyhub+ and the only real difference is the screen size will be bigger on the new model. I don’t really like the bigger screen tho because, to me, it overwhelms the fridge. I love the floating screen look of the current white glass model I just didn’t know if I could get one. I managed, along with eBay where you can find any color glass you want in stock.
Disheartened to see Samsung promoting new fridges when I'm still waiting on a replacement for mine. Started payments but no product in sight. Customer support seems to be in a loop of escalations with no real action. Hoping for a resolution soon.
