Question: How do I backup users and user permissions??? If I do a hard reset, do I have to recreate all user data and permissions???

Unfortunately you can't, the only option is to make a separate record of them just in case. So yes, if you do a hard reset you have to create them all again manually.

I recently starting doing this to backup our scenes when a client rents the console. However, when I transfer the scenes to several usb's they all show up on my computer with their names missing. It is not very useful to me to backup scenes when I lose the naming system I had setup on the console. Any advice on how to retain the naming?

Hi, the files are always named the same by the desk, nothing you can do about that. The scene names you assign are contained inside the files, so they aren't missing, but generally only visible on the desk or in mixpad. If you're technically minded it's possible to read the files yourself and see the names. Hope this helps.

Hi, it is recommended to use a SSD drive for recording generally, although some other types work. I think the 2hrs is the maximum at 96KHz, you can get longer at 48KHz. Some of this is explained in the SQ forum here: community.allen-heath.com/forums/topic/best-choice-for-usb-thumb-drive-for-multitrack-from-sq#post-109159
