Another fan art series of mine is going! This is the episode 21 of Pokemon Gold! This time for some beach themed episode of Whitney, Gold and Kris going with the HM Surf from Olivine to Cianwood city!

In fact, that's what I love about your series. I always wanted to see a Pokemon story with the main cast being teenagers and young adults (since the main anime will never do that) and I love it, I feel like it gives it more seriousness, especially in the dark moments involving team rocket.
You will always get a small percentage of people complaining for the sake of it, just ignore them. The majority of us love what you've done with your take on the Pokemon story, from the Great Story, the dark tones of Team Rocket, the Fanservice and all the references from other animes. Please keep doing what you are doing and ignore the minority that complains. We all enjoy your take on the whole Pokemon story that also re-live our childhood. You know what is also helping your viewer count so please keep including it and don't let other people's negative feedback change it. You do what you want, which for the large percentage of us as well, also want. I've been following your videos since the beginning of your Pokemon stories and love every single one of it and it's only getting better since you included your take on the story.
Togepi being close to evolving by sprouting little wings is a nice touch- and completely adorable.

Giving Togepi lots of love is the only way to get Togepi to evolve Kris was spending time with Togepi for so long unfortunately, it was that weird radio wave trying to force Togepi to evolve
I love those elements/foreshadowing of Pokémon evolution. I find it a lot better than just being surrounded by white light in the anime.

Togepi Evolving, Slopoke trauma, Red possibly stopping Team Rocket from going to Kanto, Eusine being a crazy person, Kris being a great character, Whitney doing more than just her gym leader job, Suicune and Fanservice. So much is happening and i love it!
I believe Kris will eventually find a King's Rock and use it to evolve Slowpoke with her new Shellder into a Shiny Slowking.
My boy Red just vanished all rockets from Kanto and was keeping the region untouched for they, almost all gym leaders are doing more than just sitting at the gym waiting for the challenge and Silver character is so well written, I bet he will have the best character development in this series.
Oh you know what, that does make sense for him to be on top of that mountain if he's blasting Rockets from crossing into the next region.
I love the pacing in the series, plus the way Team Rocket's plan is being executed is top-notch! Not only do we get to see plenty of narrative that was absent from the games, but also how both main characters have different motives is phenomenal. Amazing episode. Superb work, Pedro you've done beyond great. I can't wait to see Gold tackle the next gym leader and see Crystal's interaction with Suicune 😁
So Red is stopping Team Rocket from going to Kanto while on Mt Silver and the radio waves are seriously getting out of control everyone is ready to go all out! And love that Crystal reference with Suicune and the Unknown there
I love the detail that *maybe Red's Pikachu thunders* not letting rocket go to Kanto.

Every once in awhile you jam so much in one episode and I love it!! Little by little your stories add pieces to the puzzle we all know and love but you also throw in your own interpretation and flare. Absolutely flawless!
No anime series is complete without its wacky beach episode.^^ Looking forward to see the next step of the Team Rocket arc and the Suicune arc. Looks like Eusine has some dirty laundry to hide...

Fun fact : The scene where Dawn was watching the news about a Shiny Giardus in the Lake of Rage is also the first scene in which Dawn appears in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and the first official evidence from Game Freak that the events Generation 4 takes place in the same period as Generation 2
Another fun fact : Dawn has been confirmed as the heroine of Generation 4 so her presence makes a lot of sense
Would explain how come in the Manga Platinum (Dawn's counterpart) is the one that takes on the gym challenge, and has the classic
Shonen arc, whilst Diamond has strong support character energy.

I love this cliffhanger to this episode because we got Ethan vs. Chuck, Kris vs. Eusine, and Team Rocket preparing for their worst.

This storytelling and creative writing is just phenomenal! Eusine being a villain, Team rocket being prevented to of going to kanto, the darker but stronger effects of team rockets plans.

Well, this proved to be a really fun episode. The beach antics, Eusine being a member of Team Rocket, Togepi evolving and the effects of the radio tower coalesce to provide a nice little video.
Loved the reference to the opening of the Crystal game.

Love the beach episode Pedro! Very interesting twist of Eucine being a rocket agent. It makes sense for the story and for his character chasing Suicune. Hopefully Whitney and Ethan will join the fight for Suicune after the gym battle.

You're ABSOLUTELY my favorite Pokémon content man n I followed you since episode 3 red series and I am genuinely looking forward to EVERY EPISODE 😊, I agree with how you do things STRONGLY especially the eusine interpretation (always thought he was a creep n was THE main villain in crystal clear the sequel to johto where he took his dark intentions to a Giovanni like level (attempts to revive MEWTWO project before protagonist stops him in cinnabar n he's arrested)

Very well done on how you're tying things together, such as Eusine's actions being a result of him connected to Team Rocket, really making his plot more tense as he and Crys fight over the fate of Suicune. And very nice to see the foreshadowing going on for Gen 4, what with the Red Gyarados report being seen in Sinnoh at the start of those games as well as indeed connecting Mars to Silver's family. And Slowpoke really needs all the hugs. Very fun episode and I eagerly await the next. ^_^

I still love this series. Seeing you give Whitney such positive treatment and a bit more involved with the story, its great. Her relationship with Gold has to be one of my favorite things
The smaller details sprinkled in/tge small moments are even better. Gold's Flaaffy staying behind to light the lighthouse, Kris' Togepi getting little wings before evolving, the fact Shellder cannot bite down on Shiny Slowpoke's tail...
The next set of battles are going to be good, I have a feeling

I like that little detail of the Red Gyarados headline being broadcasted on the news which canonizes the events of Gen 4 taking place the moment this begins.
And gen 3 supose to happen at the same time of gen 1 and pedro did not create a reference of that in the pokemon red series.

Alright beach episode Johto style! I love how Kris has the most conservative swimsuit on, I think that's the right word, and Whitney's wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. This actually brings up something I've notice at this point. I know me and other commenters bring up characters 'assets' in these parts and joke about; but I like how it doesn't effect the story. For example, with Whitney, yes she has big milk tanks but no one in universe points it out or brings it up. Girls like Kris don't get jealous of her and guys don't ogle or stare at her chest. Even during one of the rematch fights with Ethan she charms him by only blowing a kiss and that gets him blushing. Hell even with him putting sun-tan lotion on her could have been risky but it wasn't. Some may not see this as a big deal but it's something I've notice while watching and I appreciate it. It's only one of the reasons to keep these off of YT Kids and nothing more.
Okay after all of that another great episode. Love the music choices and a lot of pieces are coming together. So Red is the reason that Team Rocket hasn't taken over Kanto again. Interesting how Eusine may be a Rocket, or at least has affiliations with them, and is even more of a jerk too. Also Sinnoh cameo! Very nice and looking forward to Ethan's match against Chuck.

Oh, man, so much to love in this episode! The intro reference (still trying to figure out whether the unown were spelling something specific, but I couldn't figure out which one to start with), the absolute jerk that is Eusine, and the Rocket line tie ins still make me really happy. Also, it was really cool to see Mars looking back at her old home (and a nice reference to the start of platinum with the Red Gyarados tv show). Togepi's evolution was really well done, too. I love how you're doing friendship evolutions. Espeon is my favorite Pokemon, but I'm guessing Ethan will get an umbreon to counter Red's espeon. Top it all off with a great cliffhanger at the end and I'm so excited to see where this goes!
I think the Unown are supposed to spell Suicune, but I never actually played Crystal, I had Silver.

The inspired ideas are thick in this episode again, Red stopping team rocket from getting back into kanto, dawn/pearl and team galactic feeling a connection to the johto lake fiasco, considering the importance of lakes in sinnoh and having the important events of fighting chuck and meeting suicune play out in parallel for the two protagonists.
I am not quite warmed up on eugine being a member of team rocket yet, but i am open to be surprised by what you do with that.
Again, excellent episode, definitely worth the wait.

Oh man, I'm really loving the foreshadowing of slowpoke eventually evolving into slowing. It's moments are so heartbreaking, but the payoff is going to be so good.
Togepi sprouting wings before it fully evolves is such a great touch. I also really like how Eusine is has been made a part of Team Rocket. That's such an interesting and creative take!
Excited to see the battles between Kris vs. Eusine and Gold vs. Chuck in the next one! I hope we also get to hear about Silver stealing sneasel and leaving the shuckle to Kris for protection.That's gonna be a fun new development.

Great episode I love Whitney becoming park of the team very much reminds me of the old Pokemon anime episodes where Ash would make friends and teammates the same way. And loving that Cris might be moments away from getting Suicune or at least his respect. Very cool keep it up the direction of the stories are great.

speaking of suicune, SUIIIIIIIII, this is some great stuff right here, gold do be surfing, crystal using bayleef's leaf, this is just one piece with extra steps, a 10/10.
Dawn spotted!!!! Great detail, this is the broadcast at the start of Pokémon DP!!! Though I remember it was about the leak near the Starting town, maybe I mix things up. Aaaaaah the nostalgia. DP Platin and HGSS were always connected for me, the ability to trade between all games back and forth was amazing... this makes me so nostalgic.
Oh and Mars! I wonder if she is getting involved or this was just a little nod. Perfect opportunity though I must say... Does this mean Mars and Gold used Global Trade Station or did Galactic pay visits to Johto here and there.
Team Rocket wants to invade Kanto again, but it seems LT. Sturge made sure they are prepared this time. Lets hope Gold can make these safety measures standard in Johto too... Well who knows. He could encounter him later on.

For those who are concern with the ages of certain characters, Pedro mentioned at the beginning that they are in their adult years. Gold, Kris, Silver and Whitney are 18+ in the series. Whitney could be a little older in the sense she might be 21.
This was a great episode. Seeing Kris trying to stop Eusine from catching Suicune was great, and he's apart of Team Rocket. Let me guess, manga? Seeing the how the radio waves effect the region is great build up and Team Rocket getting shot down by a random bolt of lightning whenever they try to return to Kanto. Gee, I wonder who that could 🤔. This is all just great build up to the battle against Team Rocket. I hope it'll be as good as the battle in Pokemon Red, but knowing Pedro, it'll be even better 😊
