The amount of General Shaos I've ran into online since Mavado drop has been the most in the lifespan of this game and that's after one day. This character just might get even more visibility now, it's insane the amount of utility he gives Shao.

You have enough time to get shao's ax buff before the back 2. So his low actually gives you like 54-ish percent. Also if they're dumb enough to up block they're getting thrown for 40% ez.
All I need is for nrs to make havik faster so he can travel with his projectile and when he amplifies the heart projectile, make it so it doesn’t go away on hit. And allow him to cancel the arm thing 😮💨

There are still specific situations that are worth using it in. Round enders being the obvious one. If you're gonna win the round anyway, the 2% makes no difference whatsoever.

With General Shao, there's enough time to activate the damage buff after the opponent gets hit with the trap
