Early 60's Rancheo are the most useful. Yes, Australia, you get credit for the Ute for incorporating the bed into the body style. Thou putting a flat bed on a Model T was done decades before.

The Ranchero was NEVER offered with a V6. They were always inline 6 cylinders or "straight 6". The only "V" engines were V8's

Australia was building this type of vehicle in the late 1940's so why does America need to take credit for it's invention when they didn't invent it?

      Does Australia make vehicles anymore?

America(ns) love to take credit for everything automotive. Most believe Henry Ford invented the automobile.

@vinzclortho7766 No, we don't. Carl Benz had the first patented automobile. We just put the first car on the moon. Still waiting for the world to catch up

@@captlazer5509 NASA called it the Lunar Roving Vehicle, not a car. Do us a favour and go back and collect your rubbish.

@dalewyatt1321 Australia doesn't build cars anymore, as it has too many stupid angry drunks. Also, Australia is the only commonwealth country that doesn't recognize its indigenous people in its constitution because it's the land of racist drunks.

Constructive criticism: Stay true to the era and mention the engine size in cubic inches, it's okay to have a liter equivalent, in parenthesis.

I had a light blue 1964 Ranchero, straight six, three-on-the-tree with steer upholstery. My other car was a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible, 260 V8 four speed in triple blade. My SUV at the time was a 1946 Ford Station Wagon woodie Super Deluxe. My current SUV is a 1948 Mercury woodie and my wife is eyeballing a 1957 T-Bird. Love the Fords.

Hi, thanks for your comment. You seem to be a big fan of Ford cars. I am also a fan of these historic and elegant designs. Stay tuned, other videos about Ford will follow. But until then, you can find more evolutions from Ford on our channel, have you seen them?
