I also use little butter while cooking rice, to us it tastes better compare to best quality of olive oil.

I always love your videos. Question - If you had one cooking tool and one spice that you always use, what would they be? For example, being from the US, I appreciate Asian style spoons because they actually hold soup, I love cooking scissors for their incredible usefulness. Being from the East coast of the US, there is a heavy Italian influence so tomatoes, canned, fresh or dried are always used. Is there anything that comes to mind that might be helpful to know in Iranian cooking?
Also wanted to add that this meat roll looks incredible, and I am trying to duplicate your recipe. One thing I am picking up on is that chopping meat with a knife gives a much better texture than the typical US version of ground meat. Thank you for that!
