Good initiative by the Government. But incomplete. What if the thieves are selling the parts of the stolen mobile phone.
So Government should make a check on the shopkeepers and repairers. A surprise visits and checking must be done at these places by the department. So that they should avoid to purchase parts of the stolen mobile phones. If he denies to purchase no body will be able to sale stolen parts and results to no theft of mobile phones.
