It doesn’t deserve the hate. People found the military setting boring, but I disagree. I felt like it had a lot of potential for creative scenes. In my opinion, I think the rushed production had a part in the quality of this film, if you think about it, the film was pretty good for being made just within 9 months. Just imagine if they had more time to make it.

@@arthurpietrogarcia1057 honestly, I still stand by what I said. I think it’s a pretty decent film, especially for being made within 9 months. I’ve noticed most people don’t like the film because it seems repetitive. But I honestly don’t see how. We have an older Andy, new setting, some good kills, cool ending, etc. I just know they had some ideas on this movie that would of thrived if they had the budget. They wanted to do an army of all chuckys in this film, but couldn’t.
I don’t think this film is as good as the first two. But it’s pretty solid. Chucky has good one liners, good kill ideas, etc. some things could have been improved on, yes, but overall I’d say it’s decent. I’d say it’s better than the films that came after it except possibly bride. Just feel like this film gets a lot of hate it doesn’t deserve. Then again, we all have our own opinions

To be honest, Child's Play 3 was the scariest one of the three movies. It's mostly the music and intriguing deaths that cause the jump scares(sometimes). I love them all and these movies never scare me. Unless, I am watching Child's Play 3 after 12:00 a.m.

I miss the child’s play vibes more then that bride of chucky/seed. I didn’t care for chucky voodoo child either, it’s all whacky. I believe he was meant to stand alone like all the other horror legends on Mt. Rushmore. He could’ve stood alone with a different plot lines that Tiffany character should’ve not been a main character more so like a one time thing then left behind.

CP3 may be the most vilified of the early Chucky saga, but it certainly does have its moments. I really do enjoy its opening credits montage of blood & plastic coalescing into Chucky's newest incarnation.

I always felt that there was an eerily similar atmosphere between "Damien: Omen II"(1978) and "Child's Play 3"(1991). Awesome that Don confirmed that here and that he was influenced by "Damien: Omen II" to make "Child's Play 3" the way it was.

it's like all the ideas that he was denied earlier in the franchise have come to fruition in the recent sequels
Screenwriters will often do that, if they work on multiple films in a franchise. They will recycle any ideas/concepts that didn't get included in the previous film (whether because of budgetary restrictions, or the director or producers not being too keen on the idea) into the next one if they remembered and liked them, and can find a good place within the story to include it.
He had literally planned Cult of Chucky since then!
I'm guessing Chucky's blood bringing him back in this film was based on the Blood Buddy script for the 1st film.

The actor that played Tyler was only 7 when Child's Play 3 was filmed. Not sure why Mancini thinks he was 11.
He was either born in 81 or 83 so he would’ve either been 7 or 9 because his birthday is in October… the whole thing is very confusing dude trust me I’ve lost sleep over it

At 0:20 where that elderly guy is carrying Chucky in slow motion by his hair is creepy as hell when Chucky's pupils subtly rise in the movie.

Love this movie, been trying to look for all parts of the score but only the opening theme is listed. I always thought that too lol many evil chuckies, like in the factory, I'm glad they at least for the second one had the factory as it's main setting. Didn't explain why Alex Vincent who plays Andy, why he left.

I'll answer . Photo red-eye naturally in humans when iris in reflects from flash photography . Blood drool... In the second his nose bleeds with Kyle in the car w/t cops . Then in the fctory . But blood drool I'm think it's for the effect of reaction . But maybe it's a Easter egg for the movie like when half his face gets sliced off b .so I have no idea

I just watched this again today and the scene where the barber was going through the lunchroom assigning the shaggy students to get there haircuts confused the hell out of me at first. Like... why did he assign one person to come in on Tuesday and another on Friday and another on Monday and so on.. But then I realized that the filmmakers did it that way so that only Whitehurst would discover Chucky and the barber and no one else would be able to tell anyone else what happened.

I think the Child's play 3 movie Chucky is a CLONE because think about it Chucky's blood is squirted into the vat of plastic and recreates Chucky like a cloning machine
You could look at it that way, almost like it's symbolic. He isn't a literal clone, though. His blood being mixed in with the plastic, indicated that his soul was transferred into the newly-created doll.

Don Fettuccine is full of shit. Despite being rushed and a result of Don being out of ideas, Child's Play 3 turned out to be one of the best entries. The Carnival final act is fucking brilliant; loads of tension and suspense. And it's funny that Bride, despite having a bigger budget, looks and feels so cheap compared to 3. Child's Play 3 had great locations in the Play Pals high rise, Kent Military School, the woods and the Carnival. What locations did Bride have? The all exciting Tiffany trailer, a pit stop, a motel and a graveyard. How exciting.
Bride Of Chucky is still better and more fun to rewatch i fear
Child’s Play 3 was cheap, you’re being biased. The military setting is so painfully uninteresting, the carnival setting is the only interesting part of that entire movie. Bride had a good fresh story.
