search yandere dev on RUclips click on one of his videos go in the desc and click the link next to "vist my blog to see more information about the game" then go to downloads and go to the mediafire link(works best) then download win rar and right click the yanderesimulator.zip file and press extract here then click the icon choose your screen setting click play and BOOM

you can delete the skin and it will go back to normal but you cant delete the mod you can just either backup yandere simulator or just re download it
