      If you are practicing running for 2months then you can practice daily....otherwise dont practice daily.. practice once for 2days ...instead of practicing long jump daily, do exercises to build leg power...it will help your running and longjump

      Cycling is too imp while jumping more than 5m....upto 5m whithout cycling you can easily cleared...for cycling u need to maintain time of flight in the air, for that you should place certain height at the take off board then practice jumping, if u jump from certain distance u have time to practice cycling in the air

      Do run with spikes shoes daily....when ever u want to prefer 100,400,800, longjump sprints then only u can prefer spike shoes....but be carful while using spikes...if u use spike u must land ur foot with toe only not full foot...if u use full foot ur ancle must be injured

      Spike shoes gives best grip and make u push forward...yes u can jump with spike shoes no issue...as the same way how much fast u are going before jump as the same way u must maintain jump height at the take of board...it will leads to jump max distance...body position towards up while jumping at takeof board to get max distance...not only speed makes u long distance, must maintain height also

      Knee pain may comes due to nutrients loss or heavy weight...if it comes due to nutrients loss you must take 1week rest and take iron and calcium food to energize ur bone strength...check weight according to BMI if you are in overweight try to decrease ur weight...

      Knee pains comes bcz of supplements loss( iron, calsium.....) Or heavy weight.... If u get knee pains u cant able to maintain ur run...consult doctor to use calcium, iron tables daily to practice run....for long jump must practice 100m & drills daily

      Must practice jumping with height by using thread parallel to long jump track(1m height) to practice long jump... And also do some high knee action drills with speed moment.... finally u will crack longjump with full marks

      Dont you have any grounds near u bro?..its too long from ur location...btr to prefer nearby grounds bro....we are all preparing for police and all are local candidates...there are less facilities available to stay here for long...and more over i am one of them(preparing for SI) i am not giving any coaching in the ground...i just practice myself, in the meanwhile few of my ground friends practicing with me bro...i just sharing my experience of past 3yrs practice
