Guys I was reading out of curiosity to see if someone does self harm and said something and many people said the same thing, cutting. I have BPD. I don’t cut myself. I scratch myself until I’ve had a big scratch. The majority have deep, as if someone ripped the upper part. I’ve been able to lower the need dramatically to scratch myself that way with DBT. I have been able to go days and weeks not scratching myself with the intention of self harm. I do sometimes relapse and it happens when I’m not mindful of what I’m doing. As long as your have practice mindfulness completely, you are able to get through it. Search for help. There are many ways in which we can get better. Remember that you are not alone. *sends virtual hug* 💕
Carmex has several ingredients that aid in various forms of healing.I keep a tube of carmex and a roll of electrical tape in my first aid kit.the electrical tape will work in keeping severe lacerations held together until I can get to the hospital
I’ve made an oil; it gets rid of redness and some pain after 2 mins; • tea tree oil - make sure natural. Add less than 3 drops • lavender oil - make sure natural. Add more than 5 drops • honey - make sure natural. Add one of those little spoons. • a little spoon of water • coconut oil - make sure natural. Add one of those little spoons • heat for 8 seconds at most on a medium heat to mix them together • put in fridge for 30-50 seconds • dip a tissue in it and hold it on the cut for about a minute. Rinse it under cold water. And repeat until you see a difference. Stings for about 10 seconds but helps drastically. • keep it on a radiator to keep it mixed.

Well i sliced my index finger with a pair of scissors that i was trying to pull apart, it bled a lot, almost thinking i cut a vein, it did stop after putting Hydrogen Peroxide and Iso Peroxide, wrapped that shit with a pad and applied antibiotics cream and wrapped it up and used scotch tape to keep it tight and so my finger won't bleed as it heals
