Probably range, under optimal conditions they can get an alright range, but going full throttle and using your brakes like that kills it. No more than two laps until it runs out of power.
It could do more than 2 laps but it can’t do enough to actually make it a full race. And unlike gas powered race cars you can’t fuel it in 30 seconds to keep going which is the real issue and why teslas aren’t used for long races.
