Hi there, I'm Nick in the States. I'm not the best player in the world. I'm not the prettiest man in the world... but I do love my guitar stuff. I have more gear than talent, but will share both with all of you fine people.
Special Thanks for Shane from the In the Blues channel ( / intheblues ) and podcast for the solo of my intro music. Shane's an awesome dude even if he is backwards (lefty) and upside down (Australian).
Oh and finally, be cool, kind and considerate in the comments below. We're all here because gear and music bring us together. The world is more rewarding sharing this trip around the sun with open minded individual. Cheers!
What do guitar should I review next? HB Henning Pauly - HP DC Junior - Wolf Bolt Neck Les Paul - Grote Les Paul - Firefly FF338 335 Style Let me know in the comments and I'll have it up on Wednesday.
Good to see you again Nick. Glad to hear you are all doing well.
Good to see you back and hope your daughter is doing well
Nice to see you back! Can’t wait for the new videos!👏🏽👏🏽🤘🏾🎸
Nick! You're back, but more importantly, you're safe and the family is well. Stay that way. Cheers from Australia.

Ugh. Chemo is NO fun! I was on a low-dose for a non-cancer-related issue 2 years ago. Eating made me feel worse! It was horrible! She's a strong kid to weather that! Kudos to her and all your family for being so strong!
Looking forward to the budget guitar stuff!
Looking forward to the review of the HP-42 signature model 😁
A week from today!
Check out New Perspectives from Tim Sway. He's a small builder who repurposes lots of different materials to make some really cool instruments at pretty affordable prices.
Great seeing you Nick!
All the best to you and Madeleine.
Keep up your great reviews, you were the one getting me down the HB path!
I've made a neck replacement on my HB ST-62 Strat (sunburst and tortoise pick guard ) with a used Fender (ish) neck.
Not only is the guitar sounding the part, but looking it.
Didn't like that HB bulky neck.
Will probably do the same on my TE-52.
All the best mate!
Congrats man, that’s awesome! I put a new flame maple neck on my TE 90 FLT and it’s just perfect now.
@@NickintheStates looks insane I guess!
Do some Nick in the Kitchen videos!
I've considered adding then to the end of videos
Awesome job nick !! You still got the badcat hollow body ?
Terry's GG&G I have the original blue one. I sold the black one.
Just realised how much content I've missed, I'm sorry, man
Guess there's plenty of time to catch up, at least
How's the Wigsby on the Bullet Mustang holding up?
Also, best wishes for your daughter, she's an absolute trooper. Top ratings for your parenting, and all
Hey Nick, I was thinking of getting one of the Behringer 4 channel interfaces like you have for a guitar rig project. The price is right, but I'm wondering if you've had any issues with it? How do you find it with lag (especially if you're using more than 2 channels) and have you had any issues with the computer (crackle or pops)?
Hey man! I haven’t had any lag with mine. I like it so much that I bought a second one for when I had a portable recording rig, too. Can’t beat it for the price. No pops or crackles. It just seems to work.
@@NickintheStates Thanks Nick, that's great news. Price wise, it fit the bill as I was going to try and build something like an Axe-FX on the cheap. Just working out which software I'll go with ATM.
Thinning the herd on a Gibson collection? Say it isn't so!
