I like that you’re doing this. I agree with everyone else, I can see you doing real estate 🏡. Some of these public housing places are nice. I never seen any with pools and club houses.
I’ve never lived in a low income home but I have so many questions like how do you get the house? What helps them decide what house is better for you or do you chose which house you want
Usually you get into low income housing if you are homeless, disabled, or don’t make enough money at your job to afford regular housing you usually don’t get the option to choose which apartment you live in usually who ever is helping you find the apartment like a social worker or somebody who actually works for the apartment complexes or housing area will give you whatever is available

I have never seen a RUclips channel with content like yours. You really have found a niche that is not saturated but is still captivating. Your projects and low-income housing looks pretty much identical to ours in Jacksonville, FL. I guess it's a Florida thing. Except we don't have high rises that are public housing like Tampa has, those were hella nice. If we do have them, I have no knowledge of them at all. By the way, what type of device do you use to make your videos?
They knew it when they started built it. Every piece of land has history recorded somewhere. There are also places in Dade City where they've found bodies buried. That use to be grave sites

Here in Alabama when I was a little girl the P.J's we stayed in was actually build on a Indian burial ground, so you can imagine how it was. We know for sure they didn't even try to get all the headstones up, we use to be playing and tripping on them once the ground started to give.

TELL EM TO STOP!!!
Keep doing your thing you so real and down to earth I appreciate that😍👍✌
WILL DO. THANK YOU FOR THE POSITIVE VIBES TIFFANY 😘😘🥰
I am so happy I found your channel, I wish I had found it sooner. You have so much great information and your are very inspiring. I love how you keep it real and tell the unfiltered TRUTH. I've lived in Oklahoma the majority of my life, but my family originated in the South. Watching you increases my desire to move. Thank you for all of your videos ❤️❤️😊
I'm from the Westside of Chicago and its just interesting to me to see the hoods and projects from other cities. Great video..
It's illegal for any landlords to evict you during the pandemic
They can't do it
That expires in July then they can evict a non paying tenant which they should
Yolanda Wilson uhhh the people who lost their jobs are getting $4k a month in unemployment. So there’s no excuses to NOT pay rent
Jewell Smith they are playing with folks unemployment right now some people still waiting since March
People and landlords should not be harassing you during the pandemic either.they have mail boxes instead of phones.too
@@yolandawilson6619 Landlords need their money too... some landlords live paycheck to paycheck as well. If you can't pay rent you need to go...
I really enjoyed this video since I used to live in the US but I never been to Florida, I now live in Trinidad 🇹🇹, and wish I can move back cause I have family in FL, I have been watching you for a little while, and you look so cool, keep up the videos, and continue to be beautiful.
I love how thorough you are with giving us a tour around these apartments!
THANK YOU 😀😀😀😘😘🥰
Peach McIntyre Of course! this was a great video ❤️🌸💓.
Beautiful Home's. I don't like the ones that has to share the porch areas but it's still very NICE
My husband is from Florida... Ive only been as a child. Disney 🙌🏽🤦🏽♀️🖤🖤💯 Love this old video. I gotchu, ima share it to you can hit a million bby 🖤🙏🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Thank you for the tour I always wondered how areas in Florida looked like
YOU'RE WELCOME
Very nice, I’m a vlogger on section 8 n was thinking of doing something similar to this, we god a lot of celebrity homes n u are inspiring me thank u. It’s a blessing, n yes it’s sad, lol but girl when u screamed stop coming here!!! 😂🤣
Damn ya vids actually taking me back!! I lived on mulberry and then we lived off Nebraska, I also used to be at my ppl house behind university mall or by USF it was apartments!! I remember when we moved from sulpher springs I went to Cleveland elementary and right back to sulpher springs!! But your vids taking back to the good times and I was always back n forth from Tampa to St Pete since that’s where I was born and 95 percent was in st Pete 5 percent in tampa
I WENT TO CLEVELAND TOO. MY GRANDMA JOHNNIE MAE WAS THE LUNCH LADY FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS LOL
Considering moving to Tampa, starting out with housing or section 8, so girl this was very helpful! I APPRECIATE YA! I’m all the way in Louisiana so, considering a major move!
I’m from New Orleans in they did the same thing down there . tore down project when they finally rebuild them some was sold , so ppl own some , some ppl pay 0, 15, 40 , 60 and 80 percent of there rent . In Reality they just made them look good but they are still the pj’s . I guess they thought ppl was going to buy them but that didn’t work out for them 😂😂
You are truly a Tampa girl. You can sell real estate so well. Thanks for taking us who are not from around there on a informative tour
I used to live by there and also also lived on e lake
Still living in Tampa. :) yes these areas are nice and apartments are actually really nice
Can you show the more affluent houses and neighborhoods also where people own they own homes?
SURE
I just retired and moved from NY to Ga. I was gonna move to Florida but I can’t deal with gators and snakes lol. I got a lot for my money in Ga compared to NY. 6 bedroom 4 bathroom new construction for 280’s. I love how real your blogs are and I wish you all the best on your endeavors. God continue to bless you and your family. Much love
@@charmsworld8909 Im pretty sure, GA has it's own fair share of creepy crawly things,
Awesome seeing changes in my hometown. Thanks
I was just selected from the waiting list for this site. I learned about the cemetery and hour discouraged. Can you offer more information as far as the safety? I have small children.
Have you moved in yet I was selected and approved also
You know they don't want no low income places near 300,000 house's..It sad that they do that..It not were you live it how you live
SANQUNIKIA GOODIN IT REALLY IS. THE HOUSE I SHOW ACROSS FROM THE PROJECTS WAS ACTUALLY LISTED AT $200,000
Gentrifications are happening in Nashville too. Love the video
Hi peach how are you doing keep them coming be safe out there
Christy Woods GOOD AS ALWAYS MS CHRISTY 😘😘🥰
I am glad everything is good I like how you dropping all this videos keep them coming
Belmonte Heights is nice ! The houses look cozy !
Laura Yost THEY ARE AND ARE VERY SPACIOUS
Lol I told you I will be binge watching loving the realness I’m in Florida as well
Mom Is Bomb AWWW THANK YOU HUNNY BUNNY 😘😘🥰
Peach, ? I recently received a letter for the housing authority to see if I still wanted to be on list and check my spot there were two waiting list one of them i was in the 1000 and the second one I was 6000 and something!! Can you tell me if you know anything about any funding coming? Please let me know! Lived here my whole life thank you for what you do for our community
I'm from L.A and like seeing other places , thanks for sharing.
Here in Alabama when I was a little girl the P.J's we stayed in was actually build on a Indian burial ground, so you can imagine how it was. We know for sure they didn't even try to get all the headstones up, we use to be playing and tripping on them once the ground started to give.
Thanks for this video Ma'am!! Trying to relocate there from Gainesville in Feb, any suggestions? Blessings to you and the family.
Very Informative Peach, I love it keep up the good work. Following on every platform👌
THANK YOU SHAKEERA 😘😘🥰
Very informative information. Thanks for the videos. The public housing there look good. Here in Memphis the public housing have been change and somewhat gentrified. I say somewhat because memphis is a majority black city.
Peaches thank you for being a phenomenal tour guide for Tampa
I was born and raised in Tampa. Thank you for this vid...learned a lot
Morning, I just found your channel. I love the joy you give. Thank you for sharing. May God continue to bless you!!!!
I like the townhouses they are beautiful. Peachy my nephew lives in saint Petersburg with wife and their first child. I've been to Pensacola, and saint Petersburg I love it. Thank you for sharing this video. 👍👍👍👍👍👍🙏 MILAGROS MOGRO FROM FL.
I'm in Tampa sistah Gurl. AWESOME 👍 you have a new friend here watching and showing much ♥️. I'm originally from Syracuse NY
Raised in tampa also lived in robles and the ones on main next to blake that already got knocked down.
I just came across your channel. Please keep doing what you do. Your vlog is so informative. I’ve never lived in the projects personally, but I find this interesting. New sub
Y'all project housing is really nice compared to where I live
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Thank you for taking us along. You always make me smile!! Love and hugs!!!
I LIVE IN DC AND WE ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING! i wish they stop moving here!!!
Thank You for showing a little of Tampa. It seems to be when I think of Tampa, Busch Gardens is what comes to me first.
LOL MOST PEOPLE THINK THAT, USF AND THE BUCs
@@PeachMcIntyre My Brother graduated from USF. He owns a Air Conditioning Company there in Tampa. He lives in Land O Lakes.(Which I do not know how far that is from Tampa So I have never really driven through Tampa Neighborhoods, But I had went Downtown Tampa a Couple of Months ago, Before the Covid-19, and that was to the EEOC Building.
That was a nice neighborhood thanks for the tour .
THANK YOU
I love your videos, they're very informative and I love listening to you , I don't know why but your voice and the way you talk is very calming to me. I'm from Massachusetts and our housing differs, some places are new and spacious, some are really old and dirty and we have mixed income ones also. But they are starting to build new ones here and there.
You rolling them videos on in, get it !💃🏾 And they’re gentrifying everywhere, I am from Pensacola, Fl and they are building new homes near my old hood. Currently in Atlanta and it’s real here too! 🤷🏾♀️ Very sad!
MonStar YES EXTREMELY SAD 😔 😔😔. LIKE I’M HAPPY YA’LL FIXING IT UP BUT STILL PLEASE KEEP IT AFFORDABLE
So what determines which housing project is better is whichever project has less shootings?! Goodness.
Thats beautiful there. NYC needs to catch up.
I grow up on sec.8 and yes it's hard finding people to accept it, especially if you care about your environment. And yes your right if your go through a management co. You get WAY better selection BUT like you said "it's not where you live it's how you live." My mom use to always say that. You keep going momma it will all come up roses!
Thanks for shedding light on these areas
YOU'RE WELCOME. THANK YOU FOR WATCHING.
This video was so AWESOME, you made me want to move to Tampa. My Son and his Family are moving from Georgia to Florida, I sent your video to them. This was so professionally done, I love it. We in New York and have thoughts to moving to Orlando, but ......I need to have a conversation with my Husband. The Seniors building looks VERY inviting. Keep up the EXCELLENT filming. There is GREATNESS in you PEACH!!!!
Orlando looks similar, that last time I drove through, so does Gainesville, but then again, Covid has made the streets seems clean
Mann they tore my projects down years ago 😔 I'm a little Rembrandt baby from port tampa
Krystal Sanborn I DONT KNOW PORT TAMPA AREA TOO WELL 😂😂😂😂
I was really expecting the sign to say Bamma Heights
Love it 😆
Thank you for sharing your knowledge of Tampa. I went to college in Tampa.
Heyyyy yasss peach I like yo video. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Caprina Thomas THANK YOU CAPRINA 😘😘🥰
Peach McIntyre YW .❤
I used to live in Robles Park
I made it tf out!😩
GOD IS GOOD
THE DOWNTOWN LOOKS VERY NICE. THAT SHOULD BE THE PURPOSE OF LIFE...INTERGRATING ALL WALKS OF LIFE. I VISITED TORONTO FEB.'02' AND THE NEIGHBORHOODS LOOKED THE SAME AND VARIOUS INCOMES WERE INTERTWINED SO YOU COULDN'T TELL WHO WAS POOR AND WHO WAS RICH- A CLASSLESS SOCIETY WHICH SHOULD BE EVERYWHERE....IF POSSIBLE.
I LIKE THE WAY YOU PUT THAT. A CLASSLESS SOCIETY, THAT WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.
@@PeachMcIntyre INDEED...STOP BY MY CHANNEL SOMETIMES.😉💛
I have just found your videos and I'm hooked! You are well-spoken, have a great personality, and you seem like such a good mom. I enjoyed this tour and your knowledge on the area. I am going to remember your motto 'it's not where you live it's how you live.' Perfectly stated ❤️
It is beautiful. Thanks for sharing with us. I have to come visit Tampa. I’ve been to Miami fort landerdale sunrise and Orlando in 2018. Next time I’m coming to Tampa
Very nice video! I am now a subscriber. You did an awesome job..
HEY 👋🏾 NEW SUBBIE HEY 👋🏾, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. I HOPE YOU LOVE IT HERE!!! 😘😘🥰
girl... you totally just rolled that stop sign. I love it! Ain't nobody stop Peach when she on a roll!!!
Belmont is nice, but the neighborhood around it 22nd and lake is the hood. Use to live there. I was born and raised in Tampa. Moved to Ga, Tampa is getting to expensive. But I miss home everyday.
WHAT PART OF GEORGIA??? 🤔🤔🤔

So happy you have lots of videos.

In Hawaii my family and I live in income affordable homes, but we still pay close to 3,000 dollars our area is nice though and the property we live in is fairly new...its really eye opening to see how other people live...
Heeey queen I don't know how I came across your channel but I'm glad I did keep up the good work boss lady in the making!!!
