Sir maine abhi ek warranty claim kiya hai laptop display damage ke liye to Lenovo ne mujhe ek mail bheja aur bole ki ek Hardware diagnostic run karo aur ADP form fill karo pr sir unone koi Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) form hi nahi bheja so please koi solution batayiye sir
I claimed it for my dell inspiron 7415 but its 1 week now and still the parts are delayed according to u what is your assumption how many days it takes
How many times can we claim the warranty. I mean if display gets broken and get replaced and after sometime the get broke once again so then can we get free replacement. If someone has 2 year of accidental warranty.
hii bro my dell laptop has basic(i mean not have accidental damge warranty) warranty but today my laptop dropped from my hands and screen was damaged totally and some little bit physical damage also.........now i can upgrade my laptop to Accidental damge warranty and i will claim display for free display replacement

I have 5 years warranty and service engineer only once in a year they will replace

It's not possible, try for some duplicate screen in low cost other wise go for company display
