Core memories riding Slickrock with my dad on a full suspension Ventana and all kinds of singletrack on a custom 20" BMC tandem with my sister when I was like 8 years old. My parents attempted the Leadville 100 on the Ventana as well, but it was one of the worst storm years and they didn't finish. Tandems are underrated. Sick to see you two ripping on it.

On someone's video from from The Mega, I watched 2 crazies riding a tandem down the snowy start (don't know how far they got), so there's that! At least it would guarantee you both a Mega win for once - leading tandem! But then, as Martyn Ashton rode at Whistler on his 'Random Tandem' and I think he did A-Line - maybe you 2 could repeat this feat!? Maybe, it could also be the start of a new UCI World Series?........Tandem Bro's! 1st race....... You 2 vs The Pilgrims vs Gee and Dan etc!?

Something you might consider is to make a tandem bike into a side-by-side to bikes connected side by side. You would each be able to see very well not sure about the steering part... But hey, you guys can swing it

If you guys get a Williams racing products centrehub for the front cranks you could still have both cranks able to drive without both sets of cranks being fixed drive! Deffos worth a look and would also be more stable for the front rider not having fully free floating cranks!
Just imagine how good the shot will be if you can find the right jump for both of you to be able to do a double no hander on the tandem! Would be such a cool photo!
