Hi I have one of these units. I installed it on my 2005 Yamaha Road Star. The radio came on but I got no sound from the speakers.. is the something wrong with my wiring or do in need to get an amplifier that id sold on you website?
It could be a setting within the radio unit, I remember I had an issue like that when I was tinkering with some of the buttons, then I got the sound back and it was fine. Your batwing should have came with an amplifier if you bought it new from the factory and they test them before leaving. I would either read the owners manual or go to there web site and see if they have a trouble shooting section to help good luck. P.s I put this fairing on my 2008 Yamaha v star 1100 classic and couldn't be happier, looks, performs great the speakers sound great also a lot better than those bluetooth speakers that clamp on the handle bars. Hope you have gotten things worked out by now..
I have a 2014 Suzuki m109 boss and I'm trying to order this, but online its saying c109 as the model instead of m109. How do I get the correct one or will the c109 fit my bike? Thanks
I know your website states this won’t fit the V star 1300 but i guess I don’t see why it wouldn’t. The space from top to bottom where my ignition is located looks very similar on both fairings. Has anyone fit it to this bike out there?
The batwing fairing itself will fit most cruser type motorcycles the issue is the brackets, when I ordered mine I knew the brackets wouldn't fit my motorcycle, but I fabricated my own and I have to say the fit is great, absolutely no extra noises from a loose fitting fairing..plus I wanted to keep my chrome front shock covers and didn't like the looks of the shock mounting clamps for most metric motorcycles.
I never cared much for the fairing but since I've seen this model and this name they have a nice job thinking about getting one complete setup the price is reasonable
It will be a lot better if it didn't have that big ol' piece of plastic cover thing that you had to open up and close all the time and look through it, would be so much better without it

Is this fairing a 2 peice meaning you can you can separate it from the inner and outer half?
Yes, this unit is 2 piece its held together by fasteners so you can get to the inside very handy for routing the wiring where you need them..
