It’s so impressive the level of detail and checks through every stage of building. The fit and finish of their vehicles are top rate. The meticulous effort to design at the top level shows in all it’s products. Great video of a great car company. May the EV advocates leave their ICE vehicles untouched and improved.

When I see a cylinder block with a closed cooling circuit, such wide partitions between the cylinders, this valve drive chain, I begin to respect those who did it!

Pretty complete look at the very recent Porsche building practices. Nice. Lots of changes from years back. Would like the see the completed bodies going through the sealer bath stages and the careful painting. Couldn't tell if the wheel centre crests were pointing towards the air valve as meant to. Racing heritage, etc. One small thing, Porsche is so good at causing the leather surfaces to be smooth. Alas, it also means that the dash top and other flat areas look like textured plastic. Should the tension be reduced, or the leather less finely finished? See Bentley for reassurance that you have real leather on everything. I liked the bit where the head light guy tightened his bolts, the lights were not pulled down at all. It shows the fit is really good. The sway-bar mounts look massive. Nice parts, it means your Porsche will steer consistently for years of twisty road delights.

Машина ! - серьезный агрегат от работы и надежности зависит жизнь людей в машине и вне.
Сделай недосмотр в любом цикле сборки машины, подчеркиваю
- в любом узле сборки кузова или даигателя, ходовой части или тормозов, рулевого управления или эл.оборудования - это трагедия.
Контролер - человек. И осмотр каждого узла это его хлеб и это прнятно, но не исключено отвлечение от усталости.
Любой человек должен иметь возможность отлучаться на некоторое время и это обязательно.
Нельзя допускать создание усталости человека ы любом цикле сборки - ошибка или ошибки ведут к прследствиям.
Производство этого типа машины
- серьёзная технология.
Дорогая очень. Комплектация только , как пример - кузова - очень долгий процесс.
Храни Бог Ваше производство и труд всех людей без исключения. Как видно здесь- работают женщины.
Их труд - особо охраняемый.
Считаю своим долгом высказать мнение из долгого опыта работы своей на производстве - женщина не должна работать более шести часов.
Мужчина - не более семи часов.
Накопление усталости ведет к ошибкам и нервным срывам. Травматизм при усталости в производстве прошел статистику и доказательства можно видеть на людях травмированных и по операциям в больницах.
Почет и уважение ко всему производству от руководителя к ученику в обучении производства.
I have a Macan GTS and sure I could have bought tons of other options but nobody sweats the details and provides a driving experience quite the same way. Going to work and coming home in my beautiful Volcanic Gray/ Red Interior chariot is making work..... fun again.

Got to tour the Porsche factory in 2016. Most interesting fact: engine construction workers assembled the entire engine, following it from station to station.

911 - beautiful car, but now so very complex. To replace headlamp bulb, remove front bumper and radiator. Remove two (13mm?) set screws and pull lamp cluster. Wouldn't put me off though. Just need to win the lottery!

Your wife's c class was built to accommodate a car that that rides like a luxury car. When you put a tight suspension on a luxury car, it will develop squeaks and rattles.

Except the C300 regular "luxury" car you refer to, even on 18" wheels has the same issues......try again.......
And like I said 911's have a lot of complaints with door and dash squeaks. Again not just GT2/3 cars but standard 911's.

I like my 99 996 with 32K miles 6 speed 2900 lbs, cable throttle, 300hp glacier white, dual row IMSB, simple interior, got it for $29K - over these bigger more complex pricey 911's. It's also more beautiful imo.

I just finished mine, a 1983 Guards Red 1983 911SC(88K), a Silver 2005 Saab ARC Convertible (stage 3 Map tun 280HP)(65k), and a Safari Green 2005 Jeep Renegade(153K) if my dad put both in the garage..man, a 1987 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible With 246 Miles Sold For $145,000!!2 months ago, and 930s are going for from 80-180,000$ in 2000 I had a Guards Red 1983 944 with an LS1 swap and a Black 1999 Saab 9-3 Viggen tuned, 260HP and my dads' friend had a widow maker 1988 Porsche 911 Turbo M505 Slant Nose, which pulled Gs , as I couldn't move forward out of the seat, to grab the 100$ bill he put in the sun flap...as he laughed at me..

Очень интересно. Когда некий отк проверяет один двигатель,в то время как соседний ставят рядом и он уезжает на установку,вероятнее всего без проверки. Собственно это и понятно. 1 человек на в среднем 15 моторов,это только то что нам показали. Для ролика можно и не такое снять. Хоть я и восхищаюсь Порше.
