After 22 yrs of marriage, lost home to JPMorgan and do not know where my wife and 4 children are to this day. Due to 2 suicide attempts that put me in a world of distrust, hurt, and that a man's life is nothing but what he is worth in earning potential. This song made me sit on the side of the road many days to reflect where I came from to where I am to this day.

My late husband dedicated this song to me after he got out of the hospital after being in a medically induced coma for almost two weeks and went to rehab after. It brings tears in my eyes whenever I hear this song. The first time he played this both of us cried. Today marks his 3rd death anniversary and it still feels like yesterday. I miss him dearly.

If it wasn't for his rant on instagram, I wouldn't have even known this song even existed. They don't play this stuff on the radio anymore, and that makes me angry. I now know why I haven't been inspired musically lately. Because real R&B music like this don't get any airplay, no recognition, nothing! This stuff that gets played is that fake turn up R&B crap, I'm tired of hearing that crap! I wanna hear something with substance like this record.
